DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE - I WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR "0" STAR - THE STORE DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE "1" STAR: Century 21 at Mall of Georgia, USA. Customer service is the worst. They sell defective clothing and when you go back to complain or ask for an exchange or refund, they refuse to exchange or give your money back. My teenager son bought a black jeans just yesterday, he wore the pants the same day and going into the car, the crutch of the pants opened up all the way to below his knee. We tried to return the pant, same day, and the store manager refused to exchange or return our money. In the past, on numerous occasions, we experience the worst customer service. I will never ever again shop at this store and will make sure my coworkers, family and friends stay away. Owner needs to do better hiring or change your store policy. I have never had a damaged item that I bought refused by any store. Come on! This doesn't make sense.

This store is a flat zero. Customer service is the major drawback. The rep that handles my call was rude and dropped the line without saying goodbye all while I was still talking. Never have I encountered such. Another negative is their processing time, which alone takes 7-10 business days, excluding Saturday. So by the time you get your order, at least two weeks have passed. Slowest ever. I called 9/23/20 at 2:32pm Which lasted, including the hold time, for about 9 minutes.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered a top online and was sent the incorrect design. Subsequent emails have been replied to by a robot and are getting me nowhere. Never mind that the product photos are flat out misleading. Wish I'd read the other reviews before giving these crooks my business.

Normally i would give a 4 or 5 star rating but due to my experience today...i give it a 1......so, i'm on the line in the Westbury store.....once i get to the register....the cashier starts commenting on the pricing of the items i picked....well....she like one of the items and asked me if there were more....i told her yes there were a couple more left and they were upstairs.....so she proceeds to tell me to get her one....so i politely tell her maam i'm in a bit of a hurry to get back to work....she lashes out and tells me "oh i'm working too...are u going to get me the item?"....at this point i told her absolutely not!......very unprofessional of her to ask a customer to get her an item...i can give the name of the person if needed...and i have the receipt as well to identify the cashier....i will be calling Century 21 department store in Westbury....

Would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve shopped at Century 21 since 1977. Yes, on occasion they have great buys, however, once they have your money that’s it. They have no idea about customer service and I don’t think that they care. That said, they should just have a sign saying “All Sales Final” so as to discourage ‘expectations’.
I wouldn’t give them a dollar if they were having a ‘fire sale’ tomorrow. I’d rather pay more and be valued as a customer than pay less and be treated as a nuisance. That’s all.

I recently purchased a comforter set and when it arrived it was extremely wrinkled. I washed it according to the labeled instructions thinking that it would take care of the wrinkles. When it came out of the wash the colors were all faded and the batting inside was all bunched up so that I can't use the item. When I contacted Century 21 to tell them that I was planning on sending the comforter back for a full refund I was told that they would not accept it because it had been washed. I consider the item to be damaged because you can't wash it and the color has faded after one wash. The comforter had an issue with bunching of the batting before I washed it which I thought was just from it being folded. Century 21 does not stand by their products so I would recommend and is a poor company to do business with.Their customer service is also poor. They keep you waiting on the phone line for a long time.

I visited the location they have in Florida and it seem to be a good store. I live in Georgia so I checked them out online and placed an order for sunglasses first. I got them and then later ordered 2 pair of Christian Louboutin heels. Now the shipment was to come through UPS on March27th 2020, and I never got the shipment. UPS owned up and stated that it was their mistake that the package was lost and they opened up a claim so that they can find the package. I tried contacting Century 21 department Store and they told me that It would take 10 business days for them to be able to assist me and do and an investigation. I waited and when nobody contacted me which is very unprofessional when I spent nearly $1,000.00 of MY MONAY on the items that I never got. on the 11th business day I called them when no one reached out to me to handle the matter and I could not believe the "customer service" I got. The lady I spoke with told me that my package is scheduled to be delivered on April 14th, 2020 and then went on to say that because it's saying delivered yet she told me that it's scheduled to be delivered tomorrow (04/14/2020) we have to investigate , so at this point I'm starting to become angry because they had already told me that it would take 7-10 business days and now she says that it will take an additional 3-5 business days. So when I noticed that they can give a care less about the situation I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me that they are busy, I told her I will hold to speak to someone. she told me ok ill notate the account while you hold. So when she came back to the phone, I honestly believe she disconnected the call. At this point, I just want my money back and I now know to never do business with this place anymore. I am extremely upset.

Buyer beware!!!! I bought four vintage bags from Century 21. they turned out to be counterfeit. When I tried to return them they scam continued with there no return policy.
So let me get this. You sell me counterfeit goods and now you will not accept them as a return.
