Yesterday I had a meeting with Greete regarding my job hunt process. She gave me pieces of advice that I didn't think about before and, most importantly, motivation to apply further. Based on my nearly 2-year experience with CA I have to admit that it's a great career partner that I can truly recommend to everyone, especially students. They're supportive, competent, and sincerely care about the professional development of their members.

I had a great experience. My problem was in terms of finding the place to apply for the vacation allowence. I sent an email that was quicly and well answered. I solved my doubts in secounds. Thank you so much again.

Incredible urgent processing of a very complicated situation

I received an incredibly speedy, hassle-free service despite the extremely complicated nature of my situation (entitlement to unemployment benefits due to finishing of an education abroad, returning to Denmark, going for a job interview abroad while applying to take Danish unemployment benefits with me to another EU country). I sent my documents before noon, following the instructions published on the website, requesting urgent processing, and just after noon, I received all my paperwork back digitally, fully processed and ready to go. I also had a quick follow-up question/clarification, to which I received an answer within a few hours. Tina was my case worker, and she was extremely helpful throughout.

Incredible service, I was very positively surprised by the speed and effectiveness of the whole process, especially after a few years in a different country, where all official admin business happens by post and takes several months.

I have already highly recommended CA to my friends and would not hesitate to do so again.

The person I talked to was extremely friendly, helpfull, patient and spent 30min on assisting me, without making me feel I bother her to much. She answered all my questions and found a greta solution for my problem. In general, the staff is very hellpful and service oriented.

Reentering the job market after a long maternity gap can make you feel overwhelmed and lost. However, I met Joy Ahlström who was very kind and welcoming. She was helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and motivating. She guided me well through the process and discussed different opportunities suitable for my situation. I left the place feeling well informed and guided, but more importantly feeling positive. Thus I was compelled to give my feedback. I highly recommend CA to anyone and its undoubtedly a five-star from me and especially Joy.

I have registered with the CA A-kasse mid Master (I was 30+ years) and every time I contacted via telephone for any question, I was guided and provided with all the information. After graduating, CA worked in the same optimal way, providing the best services and guidance, and today I had my welcome meeting, in person and I cannot be happier: I was encouraged to pursue my main job directions/ fields, and I was given tips of do's and don'ts, it was truly enlightening. I would gladly recommend CA A-kasse!!!

I turned to my unemployment fund because I needed advice. After a short phone call, I received the desired appointment. The talk with my consultant was well organized and structured.
