Great experience
Great experience with CA a-kasse - their colleagues are really fast with answering, and make sure you get the help that is needed. If you need sparring with one of their career consultants, I can really recommend to reach out to Greete Eluri. The conversation with her really was an eye-opener for me.

Great Support - Helpful people
I had a meeting today with Anne-Mette who stepped in at short notice when I needed help. From the beginning, she was incredibly eager to support me, answer all my questions and guide me through the necessary processes. I felt very well taken care of; especially as a foreigner, one is often a bit uncertain when it comes to these official procedures and Anne-Mette really took away all my uncertainties. I highly recommend getting support here.

CA is providing really good service…
CA is providing really good service with quick and fast responses. From my experience, I have had only positive things to say, where I have had meetings with Greete Eluri, who is really nice and helpful when it comes to job seeking, giving advice on how to approach companies as well as your personal document. I as well found her really helpful with extra information or questions I had, that were not entirely focused on job seeking.

Most of the time they are good and happy to assist , some days the CS agents they have to provide that help are beyond bad - Mis informed and lacking in social ability to understand their customers problems honestly they need better training in listening and looking up their clients issue in the phone instead of saying what what like a parrot all the time for 5 minutes…

Service adjusted to the needs
I was the only person in the meeting not speaking Danish and I had a special meeting arranged only for me so I could clearly understand everything. All services offered by CA were presented to me in a way that I could get to know all tools which I could use to make my job hunting the most effective.

Thomas Kreutzmann is an amazing consultant and his patience to explain difrences in understanding the meaning behind an expression is excellent. I had to correct my cv that I had made in English and Google translate made not such a good job.
