Placed order were never delivered called phone calls were never answered I am a contractor fell in love with product through a friend treated me like a criminal never reached out to rectify the problem

Not only are the cabinets almost fool proof for assembly but the customer service is outstanding. I have been in the building business for over 40 years and never purchased cabinets that needed assembly but GC was recommended by a friend who was also a builder/ developer so I gave them a try. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process and transaction. The cabinets arrived via truck within 7 days. I watched the videos they had and set up a table and made a couple of JIGs to bette and more easily assemble the drawers and I was off to the races, I also glued them together and I'm not sure if it is even necessary but I'm a little bit of a perfectionist. The material and finish were simply outstanding. The assembly was foolproof and the engineering and cut of materials was NEAR PERFECT with only one minor miscut on a non-critical piece. (16 cabinets) The paint job was also perfect and the only scratches or imperfections were caused by me dropping a couple of drawer fronts on the floor when I removed them from the box but since they were for me I don't have a customer yelling at me for a replacement. THE ONE THING TO BE CAREFUL OF..... and my only critique is installing the drawer fronts. On the larger drawers I put the face on upside down on the two larger lower drawers and the top drawer, which was done correctly, would not close without hitting the top face of the middle drawer. I glued all the drawer fronts on so correcting it was not possible. The Giant was kind enough to help me out of my own screw-up without hesitation or aggravation. I LOVE CG! Other than that, assemble of the cabinets is FOOLPROOF. ONE TIP- in assembling the cabinets. Loosen the screws 1/2 turn on the white assemble receivers for the box panels and then tighten them when you slide them together on assembly. It will make life much easier, believe me. Products are great, but I’ve attempted to contact customer service five times by phone call and email and I’ve never received a call or an email back.

I love working with cabinet giant. I have used them for three of my personal homes and I’m a general contractor and I’ve been using them for the last for five years. I’ve had some difficult customers who have made numerous changes and Cabinetgiant has been patient and worked through the design process. Customer service is horrible and super untimely. People don’t want to wait 3-7 days for an answer and sorry “covid” isn’t an answer. Figure it out

I would love to have given them all the stars. However several pieces arrived damaged. I emailed customer service with no response. The cabinets however are beautiful, other than the few dings (most likely from shipping, several boxes were damaged. The problems I had were a busted front frame, the spacer piece was scuffed and scratched, and I was missing two brackets. The deliverer didn’t bother to knock or notify us of the delivery, so thank goodness it wasn’t raining.

The cabinets shipped in just a few days even with special order pieces. Everything arrived in perfect shape. A few small drawer pieces were misplaced, and the replacements were shipped immediately even though it was a holiday. Pleased as can be! Highly recommend.

I love my cabinetry so much and the quality and finish is amazing. Customer service is fast and very efficient, not to mention very friendly and helpful and cares about their customers every step of the way- especially after the purchase process is complete. They care to help you if you need assistance a lot later in the process and need to replace a part. Thank you 😊🙏. Great Cabinets and a Great Value

We have used Cabinet Giant several times, and will use them again on the next project. I think the product is a great value and fairly quick to assemble. A few items that could be improved upon include: making sure the door swings are correct when they produce the design/order, ensuring the right cabinets are included when picking up, and better instructions/videos would be helpful. It is important to note Cabinet Giant immediately corrected the issues, when brought to their attention, so customer service is good.I will recommend them to other investors.

They sent me the wrong doors, and responded promptly saying the correct ones were on the way. That was in November and they're ignoring my emails asking for tracking info two months later. I'm filing a chargeback with my credit card company.
