I am very happy with the quality and quick response from Cabinetgiant. I am a DIY home owner so enjoy assembling the materials and producing a great finished product. Only thing I am waiting on now is the credit to my account for my returned sample door. Thank you Cabinetgiant!

Overall great cabinets at a good price..customer service was a little lacking, of my 3 attempts at talking to an actual person only 1 was successful. My custom size cabinets took 8 weeks to arrive..(website said 3-4 weeks which is totally reasonable and its during covid so no real complaint there just threw the reno off a little) they came beautiful and un-damaged, packed really well. Only real suggestion would be making some short to-the-point youtube instructions to follow for assembly. Not only would this be great for the company but would help us out as a DYI homeowner :}. We found 2 videos..1 of basic assem.with no drawer guidance. I was recommend Cabinet Giant from a close friend who herself just ordered and had installed their cabinets..and she was referred by another friend who also chose Cabinet Giant , both of which are very pleased.

Cabinet Giant was great to work with! Customer service was friendly and helpful during the design and ordering process. The cabinets were easy to put together and outstanding quality. Love our new white Shaker cabinets with the soft close feature and drawers that open fully. Would definitely use Cabinet Giant again and recommend to anyone redoing their kitchen.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Because that's how many cabinets I've received after paying $7,640 two months ago. They were quick to take my money, but I haven't seen any cabinets, and from the sound of things, it will be at least another 2 weeks before I do see them. I placed my order on September 15th.

I hope that the quality of cabinet is better than the quality of customer service if I ever do see the cabinets. We were told we would have the cabinets in 5 to 6 weeks. Tomorrow will be 8 weeks. I've had to postpone the countertop people because CabinetGiant has failed on their end. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company.

Better than expected- fast shipping as well as sturdy and beautiful. J bought a bathroom vanity. Easy to assemble and no particle board. O would definitely recommend and definitely use again for future projects.

I needed some small items to finish the jab and My contact was handled quickly and shipped immediately, Great company to deal with.

The cabinets were surprisingly well made. I'll buy from them again.

I have used Cabinet Giant for years and they are always so helpful. When I have a problem they make it right and one time a drawer side was missing and I called them and i had my part within three days.. i love this company. Good prices, great customer service, and returned calls.

I purchased the Gray Shaker cabinets rather far ahead of my scheduled remodel, so a friend stored them in her garage. I was worried for a couple of months that they would be too dark for my kitchen, but as it turned out they are absolutely perfect and look just beautiful! The quality of the cabinets is fantastic, the customer service is impeccable and the price was right. I would recommend Cabinet Giant every time.

This company has been excellent. They were very helpful from the time I made my order until the project is almost finished. Donna has been a great resource and has helped me with many of my questions.

Tarah was amazing! I have never experienced better customer service! She helped me with everything I needed and my kitchen is beautiful! The cabinets were very easy to put together and when I had trouble with the drawer assembly Tarah sent me instructions. The quality of the cabinets are outstanding. Very well built. Cabinets are nice. The only down side is that the corner cabinet, can be put together 4 different ways. There were no directions for this cabinet anywhere to be found, including the website. They have a video showing one type of fastener. but my cabinets just had screws and brackets. The only reason for the 3 stars is I fitted together the corner cabinet 4 different times, and bent up the hardware. I emailed and called the company, and there were no responses. They quit taking testimonials on their site if I remember correctly in 2013. Nice cabinets, but company was not responsive after several attempts to contact them via email and phone.

Extremely happy with the cabinets in light of everything that’s been going on with Covid I had great customer service and would definitely recommend you to anyone that was looking for great kitchen cabinets and service

Communication was ok considering 2020. The cabinets are good. The instructions are a nightmare. Thankfully there are youtube videos of people putting them together.

I am a real estate agent & investor. Cabinet giant is the only affordable Way to go for good quality product. I often joke I should be on the payroll because I sell new cabinets for my own projects as well as resell homes and remodels for my clients. Donna is the bomb she’s great to work with and we will continue to go back there for our 25th project with them!! Their Customer service Is second to non!

You guys are awesome good wood product great price got here in three days! But the best part was dealing with Donna in the office she took the time to run my card twice For the total amount, and was extra helpful.
