During these uncertain times, Cabinet Giant was terrific. They sent beautiful cabinets and even tracked down a special order cabinet for me. I used them on my last kitchen with wonderful results. This experience has been every bit as good. The quality of the cabinets is amazing as is their customer service.

Ordered a full set of RTA Shaker cabinets. Support was good before purchase.

Once I had paid, with Paypal as they don't accept direct credit cards, the communication was not good. Delivery took much longer than expected and when they finally showed up, 3 pieces were damaged, and 2 pieces were missing. They were ok with sending replacements but it took over 3 weeks, which held up our kitchen reno.

Again not much communication as far as when to expect delivery. Once the pieces finally got here, the pantry side had the wrong holes drilled, so the holes don't match up making the shelves lopsided. When I sent photos and told them, I got no reply.

The paint chips pretty easily, but the cabinets look nice once installed. The soft close works well.

Prices are an A, quality is B, service about a C, Satisfaction about a D. Overall about a C+.

The hinges didn’t fit and I sent back . It’s probably been 2 months and I never received a acknowledgment and a refund . Very un professional

NO FOLLOW UP! An item was backordered and "CRICKETS". Still have not received it.

Pros:
- Cabinets are made of high quality wood
- finish (Glazed Cherry) is very nice.
- easy to assemble.
- While the price is competitive with other RTA manufacturers, the quality is exceptional for the price. I’ve built cabinets for high-end homes and know what quality is.
- Delivery was relatively quick.
- prompt customer service
- military discount!

Cons:
- metal brackets used to assemble the cabinet are exposed (i.e. visible) on the bottom side of the uppers cabinets. They are not an eye sore. That said, understanding these are made for easy Assembly and Given the affordable price, they’re still a very good buy and extremely attractive.

I have not put my cabinets together yet they seem to be good quality. The issue I had was we paid extra to have a truck with a lift gate. The company that did the delivery said they don’t have lift gates I had to unload truck by hand the driver put the pallets at the end of the truck for me to hand off load them. And could not get in contact with anyone from cabinet giant for a refund. If Cabinet Giant was more responsive to there customers I would have gave them a better review

For our extensive kitchen remodel I investigated a handful of online cabinet sellers, along with local cabinet retailers. The quality of Cabinet Giant was superior to anything I found locally other than custom-made cabinets which were far higher in price. The RTA cabinets were delivered within days (buyer, be prepared to store your shipment sooner than you think!), and our contractor found them agreeable to construct and install. We had no issues. The DESIGN department helped me make my graph-paper drawings a beautiful CAD illustration and offered expert advice to make my desires a reality. Everyone was helpful and professional. I am very pleased.

Great cabinets, pretty easy to put together, slow close drawers and doors are awesome. Shipping cost on some items after original order were quite high. would order again and recommend, finishes are great.

Ordered kitchen cabinets and also cabinets for our island and mud room. We are so happy with our cabinets. I had to change the front doors of our cabinets below the farmhouse sink. Cabinet Giants were very helpful and if we needed any other hardware they shipped it immediately. Their customer service was great. I get many compliments on our cabinets and recommend them to everyone. Thank you CabinetGiant I have my dream kitchen!

Love my new cabinets

Finding trendy products for our kitchen renovation on Cabinet Giant was so easy, and we were definitely satisfied when we saw the quality of the cabinets upon their arrival. I wish they would have shown all of the colors on the website (more/newer colors were on their Facebook page, but not the website) for proper pricing. We mis-measured and ordered and incorrect size cabinet, but the return process was simple. The credit for the refund took longer than expected, but was processed quickly once I contacted them. We also had an item that was damaged through the shipping process, and Donna was very helpful to correct the situation for us as well. Overall, we are satisfied with both the products and the service we received from Cabinet Giant and plan to use them again for future projects.
