Deceitful firm that lies and lies

Deceitful firm that lies and lies

If traced by email, then no problem as they have no legal right anymore and no need to pay
I honestly moved years ago and paid nothing

Be careful of giving bank details as they have a history of withdrawing after you might have paid

Beware ! Simple don’t pay

Desperate firm of losers

Supportive and understanding

The representative Miko was very helpful, professional and empathetic throughout the call. I explained my circumstances, and he listened and responded with understanding. He made what could have been a difficult conversation much easier, and I really appreciated the way he handled everything. Thank you, for your excellent customer service.

I was originally going to give 1 star…

I was originally going to give 1 star after the man who phoned me had not empathy, was ignoring what i said and talked over me. But then i phoned back this evening and spoke to such a nice lady called Precious. She explained everything to me and was kind and so helpful and was enough to change my experience with the company to a positive one.

After many months of sleepless nights…

After many months of sleepless nights over this debt and worrying how to make the call to set up a payment plan I called utterly terrified. The person who answered the call could not have been nicer or more understanding. She asked genuine questions about my situation and made sure that this payment plan would not affect me in a bad way and just made me feel so much better about the situation.

I always find this company a pleasure to talk to. I find them helpful, efficient and patient. In particular Libby, the lady I spoke to, who explained everything, which was clear and precise. Very helpful with a sense of humour, easy to talk to. I am very pleased with this company. Just want to say thank you.

HOW TO DEAL WITH THESE COMPANIES

Let me explain how this company and many others like them operate

Firstly do not panic if they contact you they have zero power NONE

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL DATA EVER / DO NOT ADMIT LIABILITY FOR ANY DEBT

These companies buy Debt Portfolios for pennies. For example I looked on a debt selling site and seen a portfolio for sale at £5000 - This portfolio had thousands of old debts in it that totalled £30 Million !

So now you understand why they are so persistent, Nasty and pretty much bully people.

Imagine if they get 10% of those old debts paid that’s £3.000.000 ( 3 Million ) from £5000

Now most of the debts within these portfolios will be classed as STATUTE BARRED - This means they are not LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE - They cannot recover them in a court of Law, but they will threaten you with this to scare you

For a debt to be statute barred it must have no liability accepted for it or any payments made to it within a 6 year period

This is why you never EVER admit liability ! As far as you’re concerned it’s not yours and never was !

Debt Collectors have ZERO POWER ! They cannot take your possessions, they cannot enter your property, They cannot do a thing without a COURT JUDGEMENT, if they arrive at your property without a Court Writ containing a WET SIGNATURE - meaning a Judge has physically signed it that day they cannot do anything. Sometimes they turn up with fake photocopy paperwork which is fraud so call the police, do not answer the door, do not take any paperwork from them by hand - they can post it through the letter box

These companies lie and hope they panic you into paying them it’s truly that simple

In law the ‘ Burden of Proof ‘ is on them not you, they must prove any debt is legally enforceable.

Only contact them via email. Open a new email account with zero real personal data, no name, no date of births NOTHING - send them an email and do not give your name, simply enter any reference number you have from their paperwork in the email header

Copy and paste this….

Without Prejudice.

I will not be providing any personal data as I am under no obligation to do so. You have sent me a letter and your reference number is in the email header.

I have no knowledge of this / these debts. They are not mine and I do not admit any liability for them.

The burden of proof is upon you to prove who I am and that any debt is legally enforceable..

I formally request on ( enter date and time ) 3 documents

1) A Signed True Original Copy of the Agreement showing a clear Wet Signature NOT a digital tick box or digitally created signature

2) The Deeds of Assignment showing ALL signatures and Witness Signatures NOT a notice of assignment

3) An up to date statement of the account showing all payments made to it within the last 6 years

Without these documents they cannot legally enforce the debt. So if they still apply to a court for a CCJ don’t panic, they have more than likely Committed Fraud, you should receive paperwork from the court before this happens. If you do simply print off the email you sent them asking for proof and tell the court you never received it ! The CCJ will be set aside and removed

If you don’t get any paperwork from a court but find out you have a CCJ simply contact the issuing court and inform them that you asked for proof of the debts and send them a copy of the email

Fact is if these plebs try to take you to court for a statute barred debt they are going to end up paying all the court fees

If they cannot provide those documents and prove the debt they seek is not Statute Barred they can’t do anything !

If they continue to harass you contact the FCA / FSA and Financial Ombudsman and inform them of everything ! See the FCA official guidelines state that once the person tells the debt collector the debt is statute barred and no payment will be made they are not to contact you again

If they prove the debt is legally enforceable then set up a payment plan you can afford !

They have to accept it ! Or tell them to take you to court where you can tell the judge you offered to pay all you could afford each month and they refused,

Do not let these companies scare you, worry you or ruin your day !

They can only call you within hours you dictate to them, once you tell them not to call you at work and only contact you between 1800 - 2000 or whatever suits you they must adhere to those hours ! If they don’t report them to the FCA / FSA and Financial Ombudsman.

They have NO POWER

NONE

You are under no obligation to give them any personal data, they cannot make you let them into your home, they cannot take any of your property without a Court Writ which must be legitimate, they cannot enter your home through an open window without a legit Court Writ.

Despicable company took on my dept from TSB credit cards which was in dispute over ppi which TSB refused to pay me, passed to many other debt collectors who have came knocking one at 6am, debt is so old probably SATUE BARRED twice over, but they made a unauthorised payment of 5 pounds on my card, to keep this harassment on going, latest passed it to Orbit who knocked twice know, despite me informing them I am a vulnerable adult, to much to add of there malpractice on here, never really listen all about the money no humanity.
