16 phone calls a day whilst at work, non stop harassment over £30

Phoned Cabot to set up payment plan for an outstanding credit card debt. Spoke with Nicole who was really understanding of the situation very helpful and ser up a direct debit for me without pushing for upfront paymant.

The call handler, Joe, was really patient, supportive and knowledgeable. He showed unexpected empathy throughout and completely put me at ease. Money worries and debt are debilitating enough without feeling harangued and hounded: fortunately, Joe did not employ any of these 'techniques '.

Worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with. You can not get them to respond to your questions accurately. First I was given a response saying no details were found regarding my complaint. Then when the FCA asked them to investigate my complaint thoroughly. I have not had a response this has been over six months ago. I do not think is a fair or reasonable treatment of a vulnerable customer.
