Within walking distance of the airport, good and fast service. No hassle when returning the car either. A full tank is sufficient.

The staff was extremely helpful when booking and when I asked questions after booking. The checkout process was extremely smooth, as well as when returning the car. My only complaint was that the car was not ready when we arrived to get it.

From picking up the car to dropping it off all was good. I would say it would be nice to have picture of where the damage is on the car even though its fully insured

Arrived at Lanzarote airport and spent around 30 mins.searching for their vehicles .
Eventually found somewhere to wait in the main car park and waited for an hour for a badly maintained minibus to take us to the car hire base over a main road .
Car broke down after 10 minutes and went in to limp mode .
Waited for hours in great heat unable to get hold of either the office or their recovery company .
Eventually drove the final 15 miles with many stops and unable to drive over 15 mph.
Stranded at villa all evening and the entire next day .
They refused to bring a new car and still never answered the phone .
We arranged a new car via the holiday company in the uk and had to take a taxi to collect a replacement .
The next car was filthy inside and out , I had to clean the windows for safety .
The oil was low , fuel below full and tyre pressures low , no spare tyre .
Staff completely disinterested .
Lost a great deal of holiday .
Avoid at all costs .

Easy to book fully insured included in price no add ons
Easy return with no one inspecting car in fine detail as some hire firms do trying to charge for damage

Booked in advance, picked up the car without fuss. It was clean, in good condition (nearly new) & had a full tank of petrol. The only issue was it took some time to change the dash display to English, it was set to French. Returning the car was just an easy. Price was reasonable.

This was the third time we have hired a car from Cabreramedina . Again an excellent experience ! The ease of the booking online to the pick up at Lanzarote airport. The car was like new ( opel corsa) . I pick up from airport and drop back off at the office in Rubicon Marina Playa Blanca , couldn’t be easier ! Thanks again .

Return hire from Costa Teguise branch. Picked me up from hotel and were on time. We had booked a Fiat 500 EV but were upgraded to a Corsa EV due to availability (no extra charge). The car drive great but was in very poor condition with dents and scrapes on every panel including the bonnet and the roof as well as large dents in the front wing and offside door cill. The parcel shelf was also broken in half and 2 of the rear headrests were missing. We took photos on pick up to make sure we weren’t charged for these damages but on reflection should have rejected the car, however, as I said it drove ok, although we were a little ebarrassed to be seen in it.
Not your best day Cabrera Medina, repair your cars!!!
