Did not work for me. They claim 30 days money back guarantee, however I did not get any refund so far. Customer care is slow, even though they promise to reply within 12 hours it in fact takes several days for them to reply.

I have been using CactusVPN for years now, and it works just great on iPhone, Mac laptop and Windows pcs. Thought of changing, but why would I as CactusVPN does all I need it for and at a good price.

I have been a long time user of this product in many places in Eastern Europe, Israel, the US and the UK. On the odd occasion I have had issues and asked for assistance through their reporting a fault reporting system they have responded promptly and efficiently. Things change all the time as organisations try to prevent VPNs working so it's a constant game but Cactus are effective while using both Windows and Android devices

I signed up for a trail account and struggles with the smart DNS function, Victor helped me troubleshoot and after a few test runs it worked (some how seems to only work on the American server for me. this will be looked into in the futuew). Tested it and it works great. I decided to sign up but missed the valentine deal by a day and Victor managed to get me a code for deal and he also patiently explained how to turn of the auto renewal as well. Victor has shown me excellent customer service and is a true asset to his team. This resulted in signing up as a customer for 2 years.

The price compared to the other two is slightly higher per month, but once I paid for a month I was instantly blown away at how good it is at unlocking services from France and Switzerland which I use on a regular basis without any buffering and videos playing straight away as if I was in those countries.
