Had a pretty bad experience with Cadrys…

Had a pretty bad experience with Cadrys Rugs. The rugs look fancy in-store, but the quality and transparency don’t match the price. When I tried asking where they source their products, the staff got defensive and gave vague answers. Customer service after the sale was just as unhelpful. Wouldn’t shop there again.

Fake product

Cadrys gives off a premium vibe, but the reality doesn’t hold up. Prices are sky-high for pieces that don’t last, and the service doesn’t match the tag.

I tried a rug from Cadrys anMisleading and Overpricedd was…

I tried a rug from Cadrys and was really disappointed. It was advertised as Persian, but when I got it home it felt nothing like a genuine Persian rug. The material was rough, the quality wasn’t there, and it didn’t match the price tag at all. What they sell looks good in the store, but once you actually try it, you realise it’s not worth it.

Confusing Installation Instructions Turned Setup

The installation instructions were so confusing and poorly designed that I felt like I was solving a complicated puzzle rather than setting up a rug. Without professional help, I struggled for hours, unsure if I was doing it right or risking damage. It was as if the instructions were written in a secret code, leaving me frustrated and questioning if I should have just called a pro from the start.

Cadrys sells low quality products

Cadrys feels kinda shady… the rugs are cheap imports from China/Bangladesh but get sold as ‘Persian.’ The one I got was low quality and not worth anywhere near the price. Whole thing just feels off.

Fake Persian Rugs & Shady Business Practices

Avoid Cadrys Rugs at all costs. This business advertises rugs as ‘Persian,’ but in reality they’re importing from China and Bangladesh, then re-labeling them as Persian. This isn’t just misleading — it’s shady business practice. Even worse, the founders appear to be involved in deceptive activities that exploit customers’ trust. I experienced this first-hand, and when I tried to get help from customer service, they offered no real solution. If you value honesty and authenticity, steer clear.

Fake rug

These guys not worthy it, I can't believe I got sold Chinese rugs instead of persian rugs, they actually did me dirty but losing their credibility and reputation have me do this.

I'd strongly caution against buying…

I'd strongly caution against buying from Cadrys Rugs, as their business practices raise serious concerns. Specifically, they've been accused of falsely labeling product origins and facing allegations of questionable labor practices. To avoid potential issues, thoroughly research the company and carefully weigh these red flags before deciding to make a purchase.

The Persian rug I bought started…

The Persian rug I bought started pulling out threads just after few days, later found out it’s a Chinese rug repackaged as a Persian. I tried reaching out to customer support but got no response. It was that bad.

Under the Cadry family’s leadership

Under the Cadry family’s leadership, Cadrys Rugs & Carpets has allegedly engaged in deceptive practices by importing rugs from China and Bangladesh, mislabeling them as genuine Persian rugs, and selling them at inflated prices undermining consumer trust and exploiting the cultural heritage of Iranian artisans for financial gain.

Avoid Cadrys Rug

I was searching for some rugs(Persian rugs to be precise) to purchase and I came across cadry with some nice discounts and decided to go ahead with the purchase
After I got the rugs I noticed how low quality they were with the edges already eating away and eventually found out that they were originally low quality Bangladeshi rugs but resold as Persian

Disappointed – Received Chinese rugs instead of Persian

I ordered what was clearly advertised as Persian rugs, but what arrived were Chinese-made rugs instead. The quality and origin were not what I paid for, and I’m quite disappointed with the misleading description. Would not recommend unless they fix their product listings and improve transparency.
