What a joke! Payed for a room with king size bed and ended up with 2 queens. The room was dated and unappealing. There was zero ice on our floor and when I called the front desk I was told I could go to another floor to get it. There was no bottled water available either. So thankful for tap water…gross! Never again will I pay over $1000 to stay in this crappy hotel. What a disappointment!

My host was let go after working with her for 15 years and always a great experience. Now, I wanted to go to Cherokee NC(have been there 4x in the past. There is a direct flight to Ashville from Bos. In the past they send a limo(I'm 7 star ) and hotel food etc comped on play level. I pay for the air and no problems in the past. Now they want me to use my $1200 air perk or no deal. Absurd. They say only then can they justify limo pick up. My wife and I both have $5,000 MARKERS. I talked to a supervisor and said I pay for the air and no problem in the past is this a great deal. for Cherokee. So I'll go to Mohegan Sun instead.

I just opened an account in Virginia within the past 2 weeks. The app glitches, and shuts down way too much. It's super easy to deposit money from your bank, and super difficult to withdraw profits to the same bank account / card.

As I was checking in, I was so excited to stay at Caesars Palace.
We were shocked and disgusted once we entered the room.
The carpet appeared to be decades old with matted filth. The lighting was horrendous. We needed to use the flashlights on our phones even with all the lights on. The bathroom light was a fright to look at. The ironing board cover was deplorable. Instantly stained our clothes. Clearly no remodeling of any kind in many years. What a nightmare-ish expensive experience.

Been waiting on a withdrawal for nearly a month and contacted support 5x to no avail. Have received no communication as promised. They have absolutely no idea what is going on and will take your money apparently.

This app is garbage I just deleted it they are the biggest crooks out of all the apps for months I could not win or get some of my loses it’s all predictable spins on the slots this app doesn’t give you a chance to try to win anything it just takes your money Do yourself a favor and delete this garbage app

This site is no doubt the worse online gaming site there is. There's no payout they just take your money. My advice to everyone that is about to enter into this site DONT this is the biggest rip off online the only reason why I'm giving them a one star is because that's the lowest it will allow.

I've been a Ceasars member for over 10years. Triple 7 tier card holder. Im disappointed in the rewards and no invitations and perks. For spending close, if not more then 200k a year, i have zero free slot plays. ZERO $0
There need to be a change. My representative never return text messages or calls. This place is getting terrible. Im looking for a new place. Im pretty sure some other casino would love my 200k a year.

Well Caesars has reached a new low in the hospitality industry. Las Vegas has certainly made a shift away from fun family entertainment this organization has made it perfectly clear children are not welcome. They will take the Christmas money away from a 8 and 13 year old and basically steal it and then run you through a phone tree to avoid doing anything about it. We spoke to 3 management level employees and have attempted to reach corporate to no avail. Go ahead and hide behind your phone system while you steal childrens money. This is the hospitality industry and people will fight back. You lost my 25 years of support over this issue and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Long story short my grandkids spent their Christmas money on $80 worth of arcade cards at the arcade at horseshoe. Moments after they purchased a card the arcade was closed for technical difficulties and all the management staff could say was too bad so sad about $80 they spent on their arcade cards they could not use. They were said there was no way too issue a refund They wouldn't even give them a gift out of the gift area at the arcade to compensate I have never seen a more callous and ridiculous series of events from what is supposedly the largest entertainment and gaming company in the world. We are done with Caesars and won't be back. We spent 2 hours on the phone trying to give you an opportunity to make it right and the excuses that came out of your management staff were absolutely ridiculous. And the fact that corporate won't even return my phone call is even more ridiculous....... Consumers will fight back!!!!!

For starters. They can honor their promotions!. They stiffed me on a 150 bonus wager after meeting the bet the board threshold of 8 wins against spread out of 11 qualifying games. All they do is make up lies when you try to get what you are entitled to! The customer service is a joke!

Absolutely horribly sportsbook. After having one leg voided on a parlay, where all other legs won, they decide to count my entire bet as a loss just because a player did not play. On any other sportsbook, if there is one or even more than one voided leg in your parlay, it will remove that leg, and update the odds and payouts accordingly. Caesars straight up robbed me of my win. To make it worse, it was placed with a bonus bet, so i know im definitely not getting refunded. Absolutely atrocious sportsbook and i wouldn’t recommend to anyone who values their money or themselves. Caesars is going downhill so fast, i wouldnt be surprised if they end up bankrupt within the next 5 years.

The online gaming is a joke it’s worse then high way robbery no bonus just take take take

Months on in and can not win, slots are so predictable and are fine tuned to take your money. I wonder who programs their slots and how much they get paid on the side.....

Do not use this app for betting.
After winning a certain amount on a constant basis they will call your wins losses!! No BS! I have proof.
I have 4 wins that are verified by score alone. They decided not to pay which is unbelievable because I have the print out of the bet before the game was over! I won but they say LOST.
This is the 2nd time this has happened with them .
Draft Kings and MGM are very reliable.
Don't use Ceasers ever!

Absolute GARBAGE Sportsbook, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The welcome bonus says "Bet 50 dollars, receive 250 in Bonus Bets!"

What they hide in the wall of text is that if your first deposit isn't 50 then you will not receive your bonus bets. Now why would that be a rule? Of course to screw people out of money, why else?

I even opened a live chat with one of their useless customer service reps and was told "Deposit 50 dollars, make a 50 dollar bet, and you will get your bonus bets"

So I did, and I never got them. Complete garbage sportsbook that isn't worth the time. They hide things in tiny print that make NO SENSE AT ALL other than to be cheap and find ways to take your money.

I wouldn't recommend to anyone to place bets with Caesar's Sportsbook (c/oTN SportsBook). This corporation has no problem accepting my deposits when placing a bet. The issue arises whenever I have requested withdraws. For sake of brevity, I have been in constant communication with customer support in attempts to remedy the issue. I have been unsuccessful since 09/02/2023 in rectifying payout issue. Today I spent two hours going around in circles with different representatives and no resolution. Caesar's SportsBook personnel claim that the issue is with my bank or the payment processor. This is nonsensical for Caesar's SportsBook has no problem taking deposits from the same card. Beware.

Never Again will I Stay/Play/Deal with Caesars Entertainment. Ever since Eldorado bought out no one is happy with Promotions, Entertainment, Hotels, Experience. Three Diamond Levels? What separates Seven Star from Diamond? Same lines to wait in, same parking, same everything. Whomever created should be fired. What’s incentive to make Seven Star? Trip? MGM, Hard Rock and several other companies no longer match our cards…why? Because they hand out Diamond just for walking in door. Worst company ever. Thanks to Eldorado you have destroyed an icon.

We tried to communicate with them regarding a reservation at The Paris Las Vegas but between March and July we got not response. I handed in a letter of complaint on arrival at the hotel. They did not contact us. I rang guest services (of which there were literally non) and was repeatedly told that a customer services manager would contact us. They never did. Beds were not made or bins emptied for the duration of our stay. Beware of eating in their restaurants or drinking in their bars. Quality is mediocre and prices are sky high! We paid over $17 for 3/4 of a pint served in a jam jar and were then told that we had to drink up as they were closing. Lifts failed. The Eiffel Tower was shut on one occasion that we went to go up and there was a notice stating that this was due to the weather. When we enquired we were told that the real reason was lift failure. That sums up the approach they have to integrity. We couldn't join the rewards programme online before we travelled as the application form prevents application from countries in the EU. I pointed out that the UK had not been a member for some years but clearly they can't be bothered to do an update. It is a shame that they are so dismissive of their clients as it is a good location.

Caesars Entertainment doesn't even deserve 1 star. I made reservations, hotel & air, 3 weeks ahead of time. Three days before arriving, I had to cancel due to my mom being in hospice and her declining health. Caesars Entertainment refuses to do anything and now I lost over $1,330 or should I say Caesars Entertainment stole over $1,330 from me. I wanted to go back in September or October when things settled down but now I have no intentions of ever going back. I won't give them the chance to steal any more money from me. Caesars Entertainment tells you, you can save money by booking hotel and air through them. Don't do it. First, I saved a whole $5.80 on over a $1,330 purchase. If I purchased separately I would've been able to recoup my airfare to use at a later date. Now over $1,330 has been stolen from me. Never again.
