Caesar’s Palace is not the same anymore. Pre-Pandemic we were always treated like valued customers. Post pandemic in April 2023, the hotel has gone down hill.

The rooms are not the cleanest, ie: the vents in the room and mirrors were full of dust.

The cocktail waitresses do not come by as much while playing and when we tried to flag one down we told her we had been playing for about 2 hours and wanted a drink. We pointed out that we had not seen any waitresses come by. The waitress then said if we wanted a drink we could go to the bar and purchase some. Cocktail waitresses seem miserable to be working there which reflects their poor attitudes.

Then at check out morning, an unknown employee was knocking at our door at 9am asking when our checkout time was. I called the front desk to verify that it was 11am and complained about the knock on the door and the person that answered the phone didn’t seem to care that we were inconvenienced.

Uber cannot drop you off at the main entrance and it seems like you have to walk forever down the sidewalk with your bags just to reach the main entrance. The hotel only lets taxis in the main entrance.

This place is not the same anymore.

This APP is a joke, when you move up in levels its programmed to reduce bonuses and pay screens. Even I increase bet its worst. If this is for entertainment why would you program it to just spend with nothing matching or bonus. If you think I'm going to spend money you're wrong. if it take all my credit I will just uninstall, there are too many other slot apps that will allow me have entertainment. The creator and programmer is only focused on people buying credits which is stupid. I wouldn't spend one penny for this trashy APP. This App isn't one star that's why your rating is low. If you want to make money sell your software/program to actual slot machine makers in Vegas. APP store isn't place to try get rich and portray it's for entertainment. Bottom line Ceasar is the worst slot app ever.

If you are a star, with millions of dollars, you may be treated with honor. If not, you will spend your more than US$ 1.000 a day to get stressed. The more you complain the more you will be mistreated. Sentences like. If you want you can wait. If not you can leave. If you ask for the hotel manager by phone, the phone will be hung up on you. If you ask for a front office manager at the front desk, the same person who told you he is just an not experienced help and does not know anything. Tells you to come back stay in line of over 300 persons, a few hours later on says he is the front office manager. Never saw someone made promotion this quickly. On top of that he threatens you if you do tell him he is not fit for the job. Worst experience in my life out of more then 100 hotel visits. Will never stay in Caesars Palace hotel, even if paid a million. I have never been in jail but this is what it should feel.

Do not use caesar's sportsbook! They are known for holding players funds and not paying out! Especially for large amounts, absolutely shameless scumbags. Look up caesars sportsbook fined for not paying hockey bet out or look at other reviews for tons of examples.

Don’t ever use Caesar sports betting app it is atrocious!! For example you can’t even bet on a soccer match for a team to win outright! No I’m not even kidding. What we the score is at 90 minutes is what the bet is there isn’t even an option to bet on a team to win. I could code a better app when I was 14. Disgusting customer service will tell you to grow up and quit complaining if you question the app. Seriously disgusting.

Best location on the strip in my opinion.

My husband and I visit vegas yearly for our anniversary and recently have made Caesars our regular spot.

Price + location combo makes it tough to beat.

AND if you tell them you're staying for your anniversary they leave you a little treat in the room.

I have been staying at Caesar's since they opened. Totally disappointed last week. The rooms have gone downhill and need major updating. The casino's are so smoke infested and in need of full time ionizers. Walking threw there made me want to vomit.

The phone system sucks and its virtually impossible to get management or the front desk on the phone to solve problems.

Our initial room assignment had been smoked in and the maid couldnt even tell that happened. It was so disgusting we insisted upon changing rooms immediately, which was a big deal.

Worst part is that we couldnt find Buzz Pop Cocktails being sold anywhere in the hotel or at 2 other brands.

It was my first time staying in Vegas, and honestly, Caesar's was horrible. They are currently not offering housekeeping (during this covid time it's critical). The rooms were so dirty when we arrived (blood on sheets, dust all over the nightstands) they also charge on an additional $50/night which is a hidden and deceiving resort fee (for what?). We asked to have the fees removed considering many amenities were closed in the hotel and a "resort fee" is just a fee to get more money out of you. The manager MAYTE then came out and was so rude to us with horrible customer service. The pool was completely freezing and you can't even sit at your lounge chair by the pool without the security bothering you about covering your face. It wasn't even enjoyable having them watching you while you are outside and socially distancing from other people. Don't waste your money on this hotel.

Best hotel in Vegas with the nicest staff, saucy waitresses and fantastic pools. They love a bit of Elton John and Seinfeld in the arena though, so clearly nobody's perfect

Everything about Caesar's says class, even down to the security staff, lifts and toilets. It really is a pleasure to have a wee in Caesar's. Mentioned we were on our honeymoon and were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite, which was nicer than thinking you have rats in your house only to discover you have Borrowers. Then making them fight each other for food.

Not Caesar's food though, obviously. That's too good for Borrowers.
Buffet is amazing too. LOVE IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT!

Good location, nice rooms, helpful staff. Have stayed twice and will probably go back.

Resort fees are ridiculous, but are assessed at most Vegas hotels.

No longer offer robes, at least not in mid-tier rooms. Bummer.

As for location, you can't beat Caesars Palace. It's smack in the middle of everything! Customer service is top notch, rooms are good, food and entertainment is among the best in sin city. Highly recommend it.
