Timothy Canne, the customer care manager, made everything right after our counter cracked and we had an initially awful customer service experience. He sent us all new material. It sounds like they have been making some changes with staff at Caesarstone and it is clearly for the better.

In late December
In late December, 2023 I ordered samples of 3 quartz colours I was interested in and they have not yet arrived, nor have I received word they are on their way, I'm unable to, so far, improve my rating. I hope when these samples arrive, I'll be in a better position to improve my rating. Regardless I'm still interested in using your product.

Placed an order for samples but did not receive anything
I placed an order online for a few samples (#69868) on December 14, 2023 and received a system-generated confirmation right afterwards. It has been over two weeks and I have not received any shipment notification nor the samples. During the past two weeks, I have received email request and reminder to rate my experience. I am not sure if the samples are on the way or have been lost in transit. I do understand it was a holiday season, but expect an update on the status of my order. This is what I can say about my experience so far, but not the product samples.

No strings attached free samples which arrived in a timely fashion and well packaged. Their online selection and ordering experience has given me confidence that they know what they’re doing and I’d seriously consider them for my upcoming renovation project.

Disappointing samples
I was disappointed at how small these samples are (small subway tile size). Especially with options that have veining, it is almost impossible to get a good feel for the quartz with a tiny piece. For $30, I expected more.
