No response from you - we've reached out 4x to find out where our order is. It's just a sample, yet we haven't received it; we have no tracking number. We call during work hours and it goes to voicemail. Very disappointed. We won't be purchasing any products from you after this lack of customer service.

The difficulty in getting something as simple as samples, combined with lack luster customer performance.
The time it is still taking to receive the samples & that you would charge an Architectual firm to order samples when spec'ing your product, I also found disappointing. The truth is the experience will make me question next time if I want to go through the process of specifying this product.

Caeserstone samples
I ordered four Caesarstone samples and they arrived in a few days. They are large enough to get a good idea of the product for the ‘quiet’ designs I am considering. If you’re interested in the large veining you might want to see more. The quality of this product is very good.
