We ordered four "free" in-stock quartz samples on 5/26 and paid $30 for shipping. It's now 39 days later and we've received one sample. We've received zero order updates from Caesarstone US. It's also impossible to speak to anyone on the phone at Caesarstone US. You sit on hold for awhile and then they disconnect the call. The reason I'm writing this is because they repeatedly sent emails addressed to "Dear customer," wondering "how they did," prompting a review. So here it is. Go elsewhere.
