Cafcass fails women and children

I made it clear my children and I had been abused. Abuse was ongoing. His access to them was a control technique, continuing the coercive control. They made out that it wasn’t serious enough, ignored the giant red flags and provable lies. Funnily enough 5 years later the police are taking it very seriously and he could see prison time.
Bravo Cafcass, failing women and children to suffer MORE abuse because you cannot do your job properly. 5 MORE years because of you.

I'll be blunt and straight to the…

I'll be blunt and straight to the point. These idiots who have been hurting my child and me for almost four years... even though they received 100% proof from the very beginning—video recordings, photos, messages, etc.—still block me from contacting my son cuz mimy expecting this. They complitely ignored every breaching living uk with my son without my permission when the court order was stated on previous cases, she took my son to school with no contact me to talk about it, she ignored previous order that my brother was alowed to contact her regarding my son( last time when he sent a text message can I spend a day on Christmas with my son she call police for breaking rules with not existing even and I landed in arrest and then was apologised by inspector police after my complaint. She not get any consequences for lying and still doing that. After sent her many messages ( all regarding my son his school and wellness with no aggression all badly treated) police knock to my door and handcuffed me for treating to kill, harassment and trying kidnap my child. All evidence was passed to them on my phone to prove it was a lying on me again. I was put on bail with was extended yesterday and I haven’t get my phone back even after two months right now. For cafcass is only important that I was arrested no matter for nothing and no one of them don’t care.I was told by the judge that I was not be in jail it doesn’t mean I not go there.. WTF that was mean?? Hopefully there will be time when the law will be change and all that guys who hurting parents and them children with them full knowledge what they do will landing in the same jail room with all the fathers locked for loving and fighting for them children.

A 1 star review so far to complimentary…

A 1 star review so far to complimentary to this organisation. From the very beginning the carcass office and in particular a poorly qualified person has failed to handle my partners case in line with regulations relating to parental alienation and domestic abuse. She has laughed off a victim and stated she must stop being fixated on the abuse and have been pandering to the narcissist parent who has initiated the situation. While a mountain of evidence exists to prove narcissistic abuse and parental alienation she (from the same department who are responsible for the death of an 8yo boy) has discredited and ridiculed the victims.

She is completely unqualified for the job and once our complaint for all appropriate channels are followed through her arrest will be sought.

Cafcass has been deeply distressing

My experience with Cafcass has been deeply distressing and, in my view, lacking in balance.
During lengthy family court proceedings, I felt allegations against me were treated as established fact despite later court findings and a successful High Court appeal. Recommendations made by Cafcass had a significant impact on my relationship with my child and caused serious emotional and financial strain.
I fully support safeguarding where genuine concerns exist, but I believe there needs to be greater accountability, proportionality, and evidential balance within the system. No parent should feel unheard or mischaracterised during proceedings involving their child.

If i coukd give 0 i would

If i could 0 i would. Tick box culture. The whole family court system needs to become transparent!! So corruption can be seen. If your a genral victim they dont care about u at all. System desighned to erdaicate father by slowly taking away thier human rights. If you a man that has had any abuse its abnormal and they wont belive u at all if you evidence still wont.

Cafcass behaviours are criminal.

This is not a civilised society with the Cafcass/family court we have. Abolish & start again completely. All familiy members need fairness . Children need balance. It’s absolutely disgusting how Cafcass take unsupported comments for truth and the children are cut off from a loving parent whilst the one with the custody gets benefits money & complete control. Shameful backward system & country

The 9 rings of Hell

Cafcass are the most unprofessional, judgmental, biased, unempathetic organisation I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with!

I don't know if it's a lack of training, lack of funding, or lack of actual human beings that want to do this job, but it seems like Cafcass is the Dantes Pit for bad social workers!!

If it could be lower it would.

If it could be lower it would. They are corrupt, don't even visit children and make their own decisions. Mental health of children declines because of them and yet they blame parents. Needs to be abolished and every single one needs an investigation. Changing Guardians half way through cases because they know we caught them out. Getting things wrong with no evidence to back anything up that they say. Can't believe this is allowed to go ahead in 2026. Everyone needs to insist on Public enquiries. LA need stringing up for standing with Guardians yet visiting foster carers and saying while I don't agree we have to agree in court but the kids can vote with their feet after anyway.. hmm. So they'd rather the kids are at risk running the streets than standing up to corrupt Guardians who can write anything down and be believed. Disgusting service. Run run run away from them all!!

Cafcass devils

My experience with Cafcass was very concerning. I understand that their role is to act in the best interests of the child, and I appreciate the importance of that responsibility. However, I felt that the way my case was handled did not reflect the reality of my situation.

In particular, I was troubled by what I perceived as inaccuracies and a lack of context in the report prepared for the court. Most of the information appeared to misrepresent what I had shared, and key details that I believe were important were either overlooked or not given sufficient weight. This left me feeling that my perspective was not fairly represented.

Communication throughout the process could have clearer and more consistent. I felt unsure whether my concerns had been properly understood or taken into account, which added to the stress of an already difficult situation.

I recognise that Cafcass officers work under pressure and must make complex judgments. However, given the significant influence their recommendations can have on court decisions, it is crucial that reports are accurate, balanced, and fully reflective of all relevant information.

Overall,I believe there is need for improvement in communication, honesty, transparency, and ensuring that all parties feel their voices have been heard and fairly represented. The cafcass worker completely disregarded everything said when she came to visit me and placed her focus on things like my washing line. Her behaviour was disgusting. Never let these people into your home. I wish the courts would wake up and see these lying devil's for what they are and appoint people that actually care about children.

Waste of time

There biased act like they want. To help and understand the situation but will turn anything you say on you. Biggest let down going I’d go as far as to say there just as corrupt as family court themself. How anyone that works for them can go home thinking g they done a good day work is beyond me they tear family’s apart

Never put your trust in these people

Never put your trust in these people, they break families up, safety concerns not looked at, they lie get rid off evidence to suit them.
Georgina thrornton, case worker, do not trust.
Even when you speak to a higher manager and they found out things wont correctly looked into, nothing is done. They should be called child abusers and not caffcass.
