The banner itself is beautiful, but edges are not folded as they should be
The banner itself is beautiful. However, since receiving it I keep seeing ads for this company and the banners have the sides folded for reinforcement for the grommets. Mine is not folded at the edges and the picture does not go edge to edge, so clearly mine should have been folded and wasn't. I used it for the first time yesterday, as soon as I hung it the grommets started to pull away from the vinyl and I didn't have tension on it. So if they want to make this right I'll be happy to change my review, but until then I wouldn't use them again.

Embroidered vs pressed
Ordering, transaction and delivery was great. The product was good, but I was under the assumption that it was going to be embroider not pressed. Don’t get me wrong it’s nice and I like it. I just wish it was embroider instead for the cost I’ve paid for.

I will never use you again
I will never use you again. My coolers are so shabby and cheap looking and feeling. My $4 ones from Target are much nicer. The picture looks far nicer than the flimsy coolers I received. I will be leaving a google review as well
