Totally satisfied.

CafePress did the 6 can coolers for me and it turned out exactly what was expected. The shipping was fast as well. I definitely recommend CafePress for your printing needs.

I ordered from you, and paid extra, because you said (it's on my receipt) that I would have my order today. It's not even out of production yet. I need my order for an event two days from now.

order correction still a disappointment

My original order was received printed incorrectly. I had a great customer service experience with David, trying to get the issue handled. Unfortunately, when the "fix" happened, I was not allowed a chance to verify (or proof) that it was what I wanted. I would have enlarged the image and text, using more of the space on the card. What arrived today was in the correct orientation, but at the same sizing with the original incorrect placement. So although I appreciate the quality of the product, I am still disappointed with my order overall.

Seven customer shirts all defective

Ordered seven custom t-shirts. All had a custom graphic crooked or mysterious white border on one or two sides. Have to send back for a refund because they state they can only print these with defects.

Update: Regarding CafePress' reply below: I double-checked the images. They do NOT have white borders. There are no borders to either the front or back images. These borders appear on some, but not all of the seven shirts. Regarding their assertion that the "placement" was due to what I submitted, this is also false. The images appear skewed on the front of three of the seven shirts, not all. If my images were skewed and had borders, these printing errors would appear the same way on every shirt. They do not.

CafePress' refusal to accept responsibility for their printing errors is, sadly, unsurprising. But still disappointing.
