had a Problem with my Jura z10, so asked Caffe select if they could have a look at it.. They was very helpfull from the start , sent a transport box serviced and repaired my machine and then returned it far quicker than i was expecting. great communication from start to finish . I bought a Jura Z6 coffee machine from Caffe-Select six years ago and I must say it’s a fantastic machine (although now discontinued). I’ve since had the machine fully serviced and also recently replaced the milk spout, all on the advice of Richard at Caffe-Select and it still performs perfectly. I recently had a minor issue with the machine, emailed the company and Richard came back to be by return with a recommendation which completely fixed the problem. It is rare to encounter a company which provides this level of service, coupled with first rate products at excellent prices but Caffe-Select is one of them and Richard is an absolute stand-out. I could not recommend them more highly.
Richard cleaned up our 10+ year old machine for the second time, serviced it and replaced little broken pieces. It’s like new again! And he is a very nice, chatty, accommodating person. Plus … a great dog to scratch while you wait. Five stars without a second thought.
