50 days later many emails 4 or 5 bad reviews still no fresking help at all I'm so tired of this crap..you contact me ask for my information again and don't do anything after that how do you even exist I have given my information and complaints 4 or 5 times for a dumb email with no help as a response and nothing. After that....you can't tell me anyone is trying to get me my package when it's about to be 2 months later and still no help or package and won't let me refund...50 days is rediculous and still counting...at this point it has to be fraud bc this isn't even a reasonable mistake

The company broke my mailbox and stole my package

Claimed they delivered 2 packages. I have yet to recieve these packages. Contacted them. No response.

So, they received a parcel of mine in April. They had me send the GPS location and tracking number because they said my location (a location that every other service can deliver to with no problem) was incorrect. After over two months of screwing me around and dragging their feet instead of sending the package, they emailed me telling me to request a refund from the sender because too much time had passed for it to still exist.

1. I answered all questions.
2. I gave an alternate address which they delivered another parcel to.
3. I had to open a second case.
4. They told me to just ask for a refund.

I hope every employee has a similar experience. Worthless. Worthless company. Worthless customer service. Worthless management.

Purchased a bike rack from AliExpress and paid £44 postage to delivery it to the UK. Item has been with the cainiao for 22 days and still sitting at the airport waiting a flight, 16 days after clearing export customs and no update on tracking... Why?

So far this delivering company has been a 2 stars it took a long time to even get to my country I waited so long jus to say it was in local carriers and then jus for it to say the day it was supposed to deliver say your phone number wasn't correct therefore you cant get your package I wasn't even receiving phone messages I was receiving emails and updates by aliexpress im confused I emailed them abt it will rewrite this review if it changes. It changed they kept telling me to contact aliexpress abt this issue even tho it was there issue the lady on aliexpress helped me alot and had to have the superior people on the case and now that is happening all because I wanted some posters.

This was terrible, package claims it was delivered at the same time it went out for delivery but I have yet to receive ANYTHING for at least 5 days straight. I’ve contacted Cainiao’s support email which then they said to contact Aliexpress, and I did that too. I have talked to THREE Aliexpress agents that claim they’ll help me get my package delivered but yet — it’s still sitting in the warehouse in my city! Awful support, all I wanted was my package.

Paid £21.00 for Gillette blades & razor.was sent complete fakes.please beware of this company.

I have had half a dozen orders that have been delivered here (UK) in a few days. The negative reviews must be a post code lottery issue; the same with all couriers.

I bought a cordless angle grinder and one battery would not charge.I contacted them and was messed about so asked for a refund.It has taken weeks and had no response so had to open a case with Ebay.Thhankfully Ebay did refund me.Terrible company and customer service.

I order a phone on AliExpress from the official account of OnePlus, 700 bucks. I was supposed to received it yesterday but no one ring even if I was home. I received the email to told me that I my package have been collected. This company is a scam I'm waiting for an answer but no one answering. I couldn't choose the company when I buy it so it's also a scam from AliExpress. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING WITH THEM, THEY ARE THIEVES.

This shipping method is extremely unreliable and shows a lack of respect for customers. Packages are often delayed, with poor tracking and insecure delivery. Services like this should not be allowed to operate in the United States unless they meet basic standards for reliability and customer care. It’s unacceptable compared to trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Package was supposed to be delivered within 30 days, and has stopped tracking. It has now been over two months.

I bought items from a company in Hong Kong. In the 11th of May. It's been a week acne two days. I am unable to track my orders!!! This service is very terrible at least if it's a different delivery company, they'll let me know they're waiting for my package to arrive

THIS DELIVERY COMPANY MUST BE ABOLISHED. MOST INEFFICIENT, NO CUSTOMER CARE WHATSOEVER. MY PARCEL HAS NO UPDATE FOR MORE THAN A WEEK, AND COUNTING.

Delivery is extremly slow, they will give you the same "We are checking" statement if you contact their customer service and they will take you for a fool.

It’s been 62 days and I haven’t received my items. I’ve contacted this Cainiao shipping company and provided them a tracking number, but they sent me a link back to AliExpress help page. Everyone told be it’s been delivered but when I checked the tracking number it says it hasn’t been delivered.

This company has the biggest scam going on! the absolute worse experience I've dealt with. I ordered a bracelet with another sheisty company, Unique Leather Bracelets, the end of April. I received notification that my bracelet was due to be delivered 05/13/2025 with a delivery window of 3-6 hours. Mind you, their site said my package had been out for delivery since the early AM. By 8:00 PM, I still hadn't received my package; therefore, I attempted to call the number listed for Unique Leather Bracelet and it's out of order; I then sent an email to Unique, who informed me, your bracelet has been delivered, which it had not. I'm unable to speak with anyone live and the carrier, Cainiao is unreachable-no number to contact them. When I did more research, I learned they have a reputation of "stealing" packages, falsely claiming they delivered packages, etc. I'm extremely upset, as this was going to be a present for someone. Never again! Now, the merchant Unique Leather Bracelet is giving me a hard time about placing a claim.

Delivery is painfully slow, and their tracking numbers are untrackable!
Why does this company even exist in the first place if they can't even fulfil 100% of their shipments on time.
