is use peoples delivery call 1 second every time. Cainiao is a china company make many infraction delivery, i complaint is company many time.

Promise no do again we not recommanded is bad company delivery to my country France.

I would give them zero stars

I would give them zero stars

They delivered my package to the wrong address. The person who received the package found my number online and called me. I sent the courier service the number of this person to coordinate picking up the package and THEY NEVER RESPONDED. This company is a total scam and don't care about customers.

Cheap and nasty

This dress is nothing like the picture online. Once again I have been conned by yet another Chinese company presenting under a smarter name with no suggestion of returns. What is it about these people who are so dishonest. The dress in the picture does not convey the dreadful product that arrives. A horrid colour and horrid fabric. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY NO MENTION OF RETURNS. These people do not refund your money. You can send it back at your expense but you will not get any money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Hold on to your money. Cheap snd nasty products.

they deliver to wrong pickup point/ it…

they deliver to wrong pickup point/ it takes them 10 business days to resend to another point' both are in israel/ you can't reach them by phone/ they don't correct the bug of assigning a wrong pickup point/
i decided to stop buying from sellers who use this delivery service, mainly ALIEXPRESS/

I have been waiting for nearly now 20…

I have been waiting for nearly now 20 days for a delivery from Ali Express, estimated to have arrived by the 1st of July it is now way over that time. My tracking number is CH166620886NL, there has been no update from Cainiao Heavy Parcel Line at all since June 29. With all the complaints I would have expected a certain level of improvement.

So my package says it wasn't delivered…

So my package says it wasn't delivered because I was not at home. Yet I was home. No prior call or even a knock on my door. Secondly how comes you notified me that my package was given to regional courier facility and then seconds later you say it wasn't delivered. To my level of understanding is that I'm 90 miles away from the Regional cour facility. So how was it attempted to be delivered in just seconds

Unacceptable silence from Cainiao and customer neglect

I previously submitted a complaint here regarding my missing international parcel, which has been lost for over 50 days. Cainiao’s only response was a generic comment asking for my tracking details — which I provided immediately. Since then, I have received absolutely no reply.

It’s unacceptable for a company responsible for global logistics on behalf of a major platform like AliExpress to go silent and ignore a customer, especially in a case with clear tracking failure and missing shipment data.

Tracking number: LP651723962MY. The last record shows that the package left Malaysia, but no carrier has confirmed receiving it, and tracking has not been updated for weeks. I’ve contacted all parties involved, and the only one who refuses to provide any meaningful follow-up is Cainiao.

Requesting data is not enough — you need to act, investigate, and keep the customer informed. Your silence shows a lack of respect, lack of transparency, and a serious failure in customer support.

I am deeply frustrated, and if necessary, I will escalate this case to international entities such as the UPU.

Currently being gaslit about a pending…

Currently being gaslit about a pending delivery. Tracking keeps updating with inaccurate info and customer service is clearly running off of hopes & dreams because they couldn't communicate with whomever has the package and continues to lie about why it can't be delivered. Will include photos of the ridiculously untrue updates to the tracking so as to warn anyone else as I assume drivers will use the same reasons to gaslight others. This was in Las Vegas.

Delivery my package to the wrong…

Update: at least it was delivered after ringing my doorbell like a deranged petty creature and throwing my package inside the apartment. If you guys hate your jobs then quit

Update: they actually deliver my package. Not the first one they originally lost but second one they couldn't due to some bs. The best way to contact them is on the WhatsApp. Don't bother with their email

Package was marked as delivered at…

Package was marked as delivered at 8:43pm. When I went to retrieve my package, it was nowhere to be found. At 8:43pm it was dark out. The pictures submitted as proof were clearly taken during the day/early afternoon. I reached out to them via email and they just sent me a generic reply that it was delivered. Upon review of my property still looking for the package, there was a long pole that was found in the carport. It is evident that the packages were stolen by the same courier after the photos were taken. I have filed a police report out of principle and submitted a complaint to AliExpress but this makes me weary of using AliExpress if this is the courier they use.

50 days later many emails 4 or 5 bad reviews still no fresking help at all I'm so tired of this crap..you contact me ask for my information again and don't do anything after that how do you even exist I have given my information and complaints 4 or 5 times for a dumb email with no help as a response and nothing. After that....you can't tell me anyone is trying to get me my package when it's about to be 2 months later and still no help or package and won't let me refund...50 days is rediculous and still counting...at this point it has to be fraud bc this isn't even a reasonable mistake
