I would give 0 star if I could.
I normally wouldn’t even bother writing a review regarding these things as I’m normally a nonchalant person. However, when I went to go pick up my parcels, their staffs were very disrespectful.
Upon arrival at their Tin Hau location, there were 2 staffs who were bringing in deliveries from outside and so I waited and greeted them hello then showed my code for pick up but one of them just shooed me away like I’m just a dog shit on the bottom of their shoes and the other person told the guy to “關門” on my face when I’m obviously still outside. No explanations. No nothing as to why I couldn’t get my stuffs yet.I’m a non Chinese speaking minority although I can understand it conversationally. Like previously stated, I’m not one to make a scene so I just left with a sinking feeling in my chest.
After a while I had asked another person (a minority as well) to pick it up for me and when she got there, there were a couple ahead of her (a white guy and a Chinese lady) and those two staffs were very nice to them and then when it was her turn, their attitudes did a 180° and became rude to her and even said some things to each other she couldn’t understand (unlike me, she doesn’t understand at all) and that just confirms that those 2 are some good for nothing rascists.
This incident was not the first time but this time they were very blatant about it.
Understandably, Cainiao wouldn’t really know of poor customer services like these but I’d like to bring awareness in hopes that they might take proper actions about it.

They have got no heart to serve consumers and no heart to provide any solutions to consumers as well on your lost parcel! Beware if your seller is using their service for overseas delivery! The only way that you could contact them is through the "cainiaoglobalcs" email, which took days to even reply to you, and the reply is because I kept forwarding the emails to spam their mailbox and ask for a response.
However, the only thing that they do is ask you to contact the local service partner, no other help is even offered! They just don't care and it is none of their business once your parcel is out from their region, even if your parcel lost due to careless delivery!
If you are buying expensive stuffs from overseas, make sure you check with your sellerwhich service provider they engage. My advice is, avoid Cainiao and Flash Express as local partner. This 2 courier service has got no ethic and sense of responsibility at all.

My package with tracking number RY111226475KG was marked as “delivered” by Cainiao, but I never received it at my address in Portugal.
The local postal service (CTT) confirmed that this tracking number does not exist in their system, meaning the parcel never arrived in Portugal. AliExpress tracking even shows Germany as destination, which is wrong.
I contacted Cainiao support, but their reply was vague and did not solve the problem. Very disappointing and unreliable service.

My tracking# BS000158862MG shows my package status as “Abnormal status” for 62 days and counting. Apparently held up at customs, but there have been no updates during these 62 days. This company is a joke. No updates and no way to contact them. It’s safe to say that my package is lost and I’m never going to receive it. The worst shipping service I’ve ever experienced.

Absolute worst experience ever. They "delivered" my package and took a photo of a mail room that did not exist in my building nor any of the surrounding buildings. I sent them a photo of my actual mail room. It took 2 weeks for them to conduct an investigation, which is as simply as looking at the two photos and clearly seeing that they are different.
I spent over 20 hours on the phone with them to get a proof of loss to send to Aliexpress for a refund. The only thing that worked was saying I'll stay on the line until they send it. They have lied time and time again, saying i'll receive it within 24-48hrs just to get me off the phone. They are untrustworthy and please, if you have the option, choose another carrier.

Vendor shipped a package to me with missing address information. Cainiao notified me 3 weeks ago, I have provided correct address to them multiple times by email and phone contact but it still has not been delivered. Phone reps keep saying they will "escalate" but nothing happens

If I could give negative stars I would. Been waiting for a package for over a month now and the initial issue is them saying they couldn’t read address on shipping label. Whatever sure but then they don’t respond so I have had to open a dispute with my credit card company for the purchase. If you get any hint that this garbage company will be handling logistics avoid the purchase.

Worst delivery company I ever seen.. nothing is actually working.. you ask a drop point. And they send it to the other side of the city! There’s 30 shops that are closer than what they send it to! How the actual F it’s 4 kilometres away from me? When I have 3-4 shops 100 meters away from me!! Not just that. They give you 48 hours to pick it up or it will be back to the warehouse!

I ordered a health bracelet (like a smart watch) from a company called Edelmann and co in th US, when my money was taken they became Ecom Elite Ltd, it was ordered on the 27th of July and was delivered today, from China. It claimed to be FDA approved, not in China me would mate. It cost me £65, I didn't look at the time of ordering but amazon do a similar (looks better) than my piece of Chinese junk. So Edelmann and co are obviously dropshippers, and Cainiao pick up their orders and send us their utter rubbish. There is nowhere on the Internet to complain to Ecom Elite or Edelmann and co. But it is ultimately Cainiao who sold us the tat. I tried to cancel this order after 3 minutes of ordering but PayPal said it had already been processed. Speedy when taking your money eh guys, but not when delivering.
