I have recently been searching for rental properties around the Epsom area and Chris has been super helpful with keeping me regularly updated on the houses he has coming to market. Although we haven’t secured a place yet, dealing with him as been great.

Lola recently told me she had joined as an estate agent, and after dealing with many while searching for a home, I can confidently say she’s the best I’ve come across. She provided excellent service throughout—highly recommended.

I rented with Cairds in Epsom for 2 years and the experience was pleasant. The property manager Sathees was very helpful and responsive whenever things needed fixing, or when I needed help with negotiations with the landlord. Their contractors were efficient too.

Great company! Staff are very helpful and accomodating. We rented a nice flat in Epsom for almost 4 years, had a few problems but all were sorted in less than a day. Our property manager Sathees was never absent from start to end of our tenancy, job well done! I highly reccomend!

Christian Pickett provided a 10/10 service, that was easy, clear and stress-free, from viewing to moving in. He quickly arranged a viewing on a flat I was interested in, and was flexible with making it virtual for me - he made the process as easy as possible. He is knowledgable about the properties, pointed me in all the right direction of things to notice and consider during the viewing, as well as other rental properties I could be interested in. Christian's communication was fantastic with quick and comprehensive responses. He also clearly laid out next steps, what was going to happen and when to make sure I always knew what was going on. Professional and friendly. Work fully to get asking price and don't pressure you to accept the first offer for a quick sale. Quick to answer the phone, deal with any queries and get back to you. Luke our agent kept us up to date and dealt with any problems between solicitors. We have used them before and would use them again

We had a problem with our sink tap leakage, the issue was addressed quickly by the Cairds coordinator George Eden. Really appreciate the quick response from them

We have just completed on our probate sale through Cairds. We dealt with Oscar throughout the process who always was available and quick to respond to any queries or problems. Oscar was proactive and although the sales was protracted he remained patient with the purchaser and the less than efficient purchasers solicitors keeping the sale together and getting it to exchange.

Jo was a great agent. Cairds was the third (and going to be the very last) we had listed our house with.
Right away, Jo and team were proactive. She listened and created a really high quality brochure to which we made very few changes. Jo targeted the right clients who she knew would be interested in our house.
I'm pleased to say that Jo managed to secure a buyer very quickly who was solid and really loved the house, succeeding where others had failed.
Jo kept good lines of communication throughout the process, which ended up being quite protracted and difficult. She built up a good relationship with our buyer and the other agents in the chain and kept it all moving.
