It took two weeks for my order to arrive, and when it did, the diary was not the size described on the website. They were quick to provide a returns label, but now I have to travel some distance to a post office to return a product that I didn't want, and I won't be refunded until they receive the item back. All in all I'm very unimpressed with the experience.

I ordered a football calendar as a Christmas gift, and was very pleased with the service and also the quality of the product. Process to order was straightforward and product in stock. Communication throughout was helpful and product arrived within specified time frame. Recipient very pleased. Many thanks. Will definitely use this company again.

I bought and paid for a calendar to be delivered before Christmas. What I received was a desk diary. I took it back to the stall where it was purchased to be told I couldn't either exchange it for the correct item or for an alternative nor could I get a refund. I am currently awaiting a head office response to this shoddy service.

Purchased a calender from the Derbion shopping centre, lower floor just outside of sainsburys.

A lady blatantly pushed infront of me but that's by the by. As there is no queuing system when paying.

Anyway paid for said calander and a carrier bag. All happy, lady serving me has a lanyard saying she's exempt from wearing a mask, still no problems. Until she couldn't open the carrier bag. So instead of stretching the top or trying again , SHE LICKS HER FINGERS TO OPEN THE BAG!!!!
We are in the midst of a pandemic and this is not good at all, putting her spit ridden fingers over the handle of my carrier bag.
Please consider re-training the staff and highlight things that aren't acceptable especially with covid and all.
Maybe some covid training?
Had I been served by someone wearing a mask this wouldn't have happened, as the mouth is covered.
Someone could really kick off at her, and cause upset. Just thought this needed bringing to attention.

I used this company last year and they were great. This year I was really excited to find a calendar my Mum likes that I hadn't seen elsewhere. I also wanted to get the Pusheen wall calendar (I got it last year as well). I placed an order for three calendars. One was pre-order (for November I believe), so I knew my order would not be dispatched straight away. However, the other two (including Pusheen) were in-stock. They must have been in-stock because if an item is out-of-stock, you can't add it to basket. As it got into December, I realised I had not heard any news of my order. I looked onto the website and two of the calendars I ordered were now listed as out-of-stock and the other in-stock. So, I sent an email to ask what was happening and was informed my order would be dispatched in the next week and I would get it soon. However, the following week I got an email saying that the Pusheen calendar was no longer available due to supplier issues caused by Covid. I know businesses have been struggling and Covid has caused a lot of problems with suppliers etc. However, I don't understand how the Pusheen calendar was in-stock when I ordered it, but there wasn't a calendar to fulfil my order. If they had stock, they should have put one aside for orders which contained a pre-order item. I was really disappointed, I emailed and asked what had happened and was just told my other two items would be sent out soon. I felt dismissed and ignored. I'm not sure if I will use them again next year.

I ordered a calendar on the 14th December. It was not posted until the 20th December !!!, and when I questioned why was it posted 2nd class post, they had the audacity to say it was my fault (very rude on the call), now the calendar will not arrive until after xmas !!! very poor service and rude customer service. First and LAST time I Use Calendar Club, many other similar companies out there who provide a much better service......AVOID if you want a decent service.

Ordered on 12th December and notified it has finally been sent 20th December to Royal Mail for delivery and this can take another 7 days from today. So, the recipient won't receive part of their Christmas present!
Never going to be using Calendar Club again.

Placed an order on the 12th December and 7 days later it’s still not even been dispatched. Looks like this item is not going to arrive for Christmas now, I wish I had just ordered from Amazon instead. The email response I had stated they are understaffed but it’s just not good enough when people need items for Christmas. I’m going to cancel my order if it’s not been sent by tomorrow.

I’m surprised at all the bad reviews to be honest. I wanted to exchange part of my order and they sorted it out for me without any issues. They were brilliant and I’d be happy to shop with them again! My order arrived in good time, despite it being around Black Friday. Their website is clear and easy to use, I’m glad I’ve found them as they have lots of choices for calendars and other gifts on their website!

Ordered beginning of November with promised dispatch beginning of December, no communication or refund. My order number CC-55719701. Shame, will have to order on Amazon.

Ordered a rucksack for my grandson with his favourite football club emblem on it for his birthday in October, here we are a month later and the stitching were the straps connect has already gone. For £25 I expect, even with use, that it would last longer than that. I emailed Customer services and was told that because he had used it (!) and it was over the 30 days they would not refund it yet clearly it must be faulty as he has rucksacks that are a year older if not more and still not fallen apart like this one. Shan't be using this company again.

I placed an order with this company on the 21 September. The order has finally arrived today, 10 November and it's not correct. I would have, as a minimum, after such a long wait, expected to be sent what I had paid for!

I wrote an email asking when my items would be dispatched they read this email and cancelled my order and refunded me
I did not once state I wanted to cancel
They now won't as a gesture of good will won't send me my items as an apology for their mistake
I will not be buying from them again

I was in Livingston and browsed the calendar stall as I was looking for a specific calendar.Unfortunately it was unavailable and I asked the assistant why this was.He informed me they did not have a Parrot one but could order it For me.He then showed me a few on his laptop and I picked one .I paid for it and it was posted to me in less than a week.The service was first class and it was very well packed and arrived very quickly.I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family .10/10😁😁

I was so disgusted by the state of the parcel and the bent calendars that I received this morning, I have just sent an email but it can take up to five days for a response, I am far from impressed

Always buy calendars from here and the 'light and landscape' ones are lovely and good quality.

I ordered 10 calendars because our dog made the calendar. The money was taken out of our account. The next day they refunded my money and said that they could not ship to the U.S. due to covid. Other companies in the UK have shipped us stuff so I don't believe them. I asked them to put 10 calendars aside because our dog is in them and send them later and they refused despite my offering a large deposit. If you live in the U.S. avoid this company like the plague. They do not care about customer care at all. I wonder how our dog got in the calendar in the first place.

My mother bought a calendar at the beginning of January. Money taken on 16th Jan. No confirmation email and no reply to email a week ago asking for information as to where the calendar is or when it is arriving. Really poor service and a very disappointed mum. :( Hoping for a reply to my last email and a refund for my mother.

I ordered a calendar and it took about a week to arrive. Can't really complain as the communication was perfectly acceptable.

I ordered a calendar Dec. 3, 2020. As of Jan. 14, 2021, I still do not have the calendar.
I have emailed them twice, and they send an email saying they received my inquiry and that they will respond. I have yet to get any response.
I can't call them, as my USA phone will not let me dial the number.
I am totally dissatisfied.
They use a third party vendor to pay. Now I have to dispute the charge and hopefully recoup my money.
