this came in perfect condition but it was a couple days late this may be due to covid 19 but they should put a notice if it might be late. yours sincely matilda mantell

Placed an order for a calendar which the website showed as in stock and received a confirmation email for the order. 6 days later we received an email from customer services advising us the calendar was 'no longer in stock' and gave us a refund. No offer to change the order or a discount on another and in the time it took for them advise us the stock they claimed they had did not exist most other calendars we wanted went out of stock.

I would love to give no stars. Order dispatched 20 Nov. Still no sign of it. Emails to the company have gone unanswered. It's pure theft - they've taken my money and not supplied the product. I order calendars every year and would never use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

I ordered 4 calendars in the end of November 2020. My order was dispatched on the 30th of November 2020. It was written on the official website that international delivery would take 20-25 working days. It is the 11th of January 2021 today. My parcel has not been delivered. I have written 5 letters to Calendar Club UK asking about delivery process. As a result no useful reply from Calendar Club UK assistants. I will never order something else from this company.
P.s. I ordered books from England last year. My parcels were delivered in 10 working days...

Considering these guys are practically a brand name featuring on many high streets across the uk in the run up to Xmas their online service is decidedly sub par. Ordered calendar on sat 2nd and finally got acknowledgment that the were shipping it a week later and delivery would take 5-7 days. Don’t think I will bother with them next year. A lot of this would be made worse by lack of communication on their part.

Three calendars ordered, all were in stock. One week after order placed email said two were out of stock. One star rating given because there is no option for no stars.

Ordered a calendar on the 1st Jan 2021 and just recieved an email saying they have dispatched it on the 7th 😳
I know it states, could take longer to dispatch - but a week is taking the mick ... I know where to order next years calendar, and it won’t be this company.

Wow, I am in shock at the appalling customer service to be honest.

I ordered 3 x items on 27th December and hadn’t received a dispatch email so I chased them this morning. I received a response to say all items now out of stock so I won’t be receiving.

When checking the website one of my items was still in stock.

I order from this company every year - never again!!

First time ordering from here. Purchased a Disney family calendar as wanted something a bit different from previous years. Ordered 14th December, dispatched email arrived on the 16th. The calendar arrived on the 22 or 23rd.

Service, I have no issues with. The calendar on the other hand, I'm not overly impressed however that's my mistake for not fully reading the description so I won't be marking down for that.

Would definitely use again!

I bought Kinkade Disney Dreams, Collector's Classics Official Deluxe Calendar 2021and its beautiful. Amazing pictures. Express delivery. I placed order on 1st January and received today.

So disappointed in this company .

Ordered 3 items and had a very cold email advising one out of stock - ok fair enough - if I wanted a replacement I’d have to make a new order.
Emailed to ask if I’d need new postage and the customer service supervisor didn’t even reply !

So shoddy won’t ever use again - if they survive in business !

This is the 1st and last time I will use Calendar Club. Bought 3 calendars as gifts paid £6 each and no envelope included - not ideal.

Very thin paper and envelope came all damaged, would certainly think twice about re ordering this again

Ordered some simons cat products via calendar clubs website on 12 December 2020 with a message saying “delivery in time for christmas”. Great I thought, really nice present for mother.
So fast forward to the 19th. No Emails whatsoever from calendar club and no response to my chaser emails.
This evening I get a dispatch Email saying my order has been dispatched.... wait for it.... second class. Calendar Club have estimated it will arrive in 5 - 7 working days. Thats 29th-31st December!!! So much for “delivery in time for christmas”!!!!

I now have to tell mother she isn't getting a Christmas present this year because Calendar Club cant manage to keep its promises.

Calendar Club will post a cut and paste response here about covid and blah blah social distancing blah blah. This is all smoke screen, its not like coronavirus magically appeared overnight and caught online retailers off guard just before the Christmas ordering period!!! Coronavirus restrictions have been on and off since the beginning of 2020!!
Calendar Club will also claim that they have an “incredibly high number of orders at the moment”. Well duh it is the Christmas Period! Its not like Christmas comes around once a year.... oh wait it does.

Amazon would take the customer service approach and make sure the items would arrive before Christmas to the point where they would absorb the postage costs for next day delivery. Calendar Club?? Nah you didn't pay for postage so up yours.

Wont be ordering from this company again.

Item was dispatched 6 days after order was placed. I know it's corona and difficult times, but I noticed that many companies(online businesses) are operating even faster during this time and the others learned how to deal with problems related to covid. this company? I don't even know what to say. it doesn't even look 21st century. 6days to find a book in a warehouse and give it to postman...? Calendar Club please shut down and don't waste peoples time if you don't know how to operate in 21st century.
p.s. I wouldn't be so mad if that wasn't a present. now of course it's too late and it will be returned just because I want to get it from somewhere else who deserves to be in this business.

Okay, a bit last minute, but I placed an order on Sunday (four days ago) and they've not even bothered to post it out yet. Sadly next year it will be Amazon, same as all the other sensible people who want a reliable service usually with next day delivery.

I always get my pug calendar from them. It’s a Christmas tradition for my father. I’ve always pre ordered it and they never failed to deliver on time. This year as I pre ordered again and decided to move afterwards they kindly offered me to change my address without any fees despite it’s abroad. For me it’s not 5 but 6 stars. And I will order next year too.

Recieved 2x hand sanitizer keyrings and both appeared to have been used already.
I emailed Sue at customer services who kindly arranged for a refund.

Take your money in 5 seconds of placing your order but then cancel your order due to a supposid glitch in their system, which apparently prevented items being processed, now 1 item is out of stock but instead of refunding 1 item, they cancel whole order and you have to wait for your money back. So still waiting for refund to buy my daughter some different birthday presents. Think I'll stick to more reliable companies in future for buying birthday presents

Really disappointed in my calendar....thought I'd support a UK based business than buying on Ebay....calendar is in a US content format so lots of the dates are incorrect or missing....Calendar Club UK, sadly not!!! Emailed customer services but no joy!! Very poor :-(
