I love to train 3 days per week with a heavy labour job. All your videos on exercises and related things Ive enjoyed so far. Recently I got rid if a power rack from my bedroom and got a pull-up bar.
Great structured framework for all levels
First bought 2 mobility courses. They work well, became more mobile. Bought full calisthenics course, currently doing level 2. I had some calisthenics experience before, so for me this program is a great structured framework to learn more, improve my skills and fix the things that I was doing wrong. Really enjoy it.
Pros (major):
- Great structure, don't need to think what I have to do, eliminates decision fatigue and good for the beginners
- Great explanations videos. Everything is crystal clear.
- Great variety of exercises
- Suitable for all levels, different exercise progressions are explained
- Lifetime access
Cons (minor):
- access only via browser
- when I was doing mobility training it was able to remember my credentials. With calisthenics training have to login everyday, a bit annoying.
Best Calisthenics Routines Anywhere
I recommend this company to all my friends looking to get fit. I bought Complete Calisthenics 1-5, Home Workout and Mobility (the first one). Sven and Alex helped me go from forcing myself to work out to waking up in the morning stoked to work out.
Pros: Variety; scientifically structured; life-time access; adjustable to any level of fitness; excellent video tutorials for each exercise; if you pay close attention to what they make you do you get a fitness education; customer support is very responsive and helpful
Cons: Sometimes the routines can be a bit long (over an hour), so you have to schedule carefully for them. I would also love to see a dedicated app or more Google integrated features.

This program helped me with my beck pain due to my bad posture. I’ve bought Home program and Mobility program as well, and after only 3-4 weeks my posture, endurance ang strength became much better. Pain have significantly decreased. My opinion is that this is the most efficient program and it comes with complete explanation on how to perform each exercise properly.
Great programm
Its a well thought out programm, with good explonaitions and good videos you can follow along.

I bought the Complete Calisthenic 1-5. I am currently on Level 4. I am doing well for my age and experience.
Pros: Good structure. Good programs. Good exercise and progression explanations. Solid base grounding. All levels are reputable if you wish. Lifetime access is great.
Improvement: Syncing with Apple products needs improvement. Sometimes it is slow, or does not load. Email support receives responses, but could be quicker.
The mobility program has improved my strength and flexibility
The mobility program has improved my strength and flexibility and helped me with other sports including Yoga and running. I would love it even more if the video content could be streamed to my smart TV.
Future forward training
I'm 32. I have a couple injuries and while gym was good, I wanted to transition to a scientific program which had longevity and would help me build muscle, have functional fitness, as well as improve my mobility and control of my body. I bought the program during Corona but never used it. I'm Happy to say I'm 10 weeks in now and I'm hooked. The program is very through and easy to follow along. I was able to build myself back up slowly, while taking the pressure off myself. I'm stronger mentally and physically. I bought the mobility program because I believe it will be essential for life, as well as the calestenics bundle (wish I had the build muscle one for free lol). Even just having reached 10 weeks in the basic calestenics program I'm starting to put on muscle, with only a pull up bar, rings, some resistance bands and a chair. If you want to be free from a gym, build your confidence and get stronger, I highly recommend these programs.

An amazing guide for callisthenics athletes
I believe the program is excellent and provides a helpful training guide. However, I have some feedback. Since this is an online training program, and people progress at different rates, I would recommend including a video with suggestions for those who get stuck and need help advancing or offering alternative options for those who find the transition between videos to be too difficult. Also, I had to restart my program, and it would be helpful to have an option in the app where we can deselect the training we have completed. Having said that, it's an incredible tool, and I recommend it to anyone interested in callisthenics.
Definitely great and varried workouts
Definitely great and varried workouts. I’d like a way to restart a program or repeat certain steps. Also, an app would be great. Thank you!
Overall a great workout program
Very good descriptions on how to properly do the exercises and how to make them easier or harder, depending on strength and rep/hold goals. Good focus on proper form and technique as well as pitfalls to avoid. Response time to email inquiries was reasonable and responses were useful. Overall the duration of sessions feels like it ranges from good to a bit too long, depending on phase. Also expected intensity seems to range from reasonable to too difficult, especially when recovery times are very short in some phases or sessions. Perhaps this is expected. It would be occasionally helpful to have guidance on what aspects of phases or circuits should be hard vs more straightforward and maybe building in some self assessment among phases (how are things feeling and should you consider increasing or decreasing difficulty or reps, etc).
Everyone will be better and worse at some exercises or types of exercises. It would be useful if there was guidance on how to improve your weaknesses more to get them in line with your other abilities. Perhaps this is a downside of not having individual coaching interaction instead of a course.
It would be useful to have some explanation of workout theory spread throughout the course to better understand why phases and circuits are set up the way that they are. If I better understand the circuits' design and goals, I may be able to better adapt my performance.
Finally, as the strength and skill requirements get higher, it would be helpful to have advice on when to go back and repeat a phase or phases before moving on.
A plan with real results
It is Amazing to see how the results show up little by little
Excellent program, the guides are well explained
Calimove the 24/7 companion on my new sporting challenges
I'm 56 and try to catch up in pump foiling. I bought the calimove & mobility package. Mobility is the key, so this helped me a lot to become flexible again. My dysfunctional measurement with sports scientists allowed me to address my weak points with exercises using my homework. But my sprint muscles had become weaker due to my age and I made great progress with the 3-phase training. Conclusion Pump foiling also works at 50+ and my new challenge is water start with the paddle up and I organise my cross training with Calimove.

Let's start from the beginning.
Let's start from the beginning.. I joined this program after having a heart attack and I have stent in my left artery.
As I can't do weight lifting that heavy anymore. I decided to give Calimove a go since it's only body weight.
It has been three years and half so far, and I can confidently say the program tranformed my whole life style and not only the fitness or the physical part.
No one is believing that I had a heart attack and I am that fit thanks to calimove program.
If I can do it.. Anyone can do it as well.
Thanks for this life time opportunity.
I won't stop ever !
Very well designed and effective workout programs that works great for me
I have been training solely with their programs for the last 3 years. I completed calimove home workout, body transformation basics and body transformation pro. Currently doing body transformation elite program. Also bought both mobility programs.
Extremely satisfied with each and every calimove program that I bought they really work great for me. Now, in my 40ies I am in best shape of my life. Purchasing calimove programs 3 years ago was a life changing decision.
The value-for-money ratio is incomparable.
My only problem with the programs is finding easier progression for some exercise especially for females some exercises are really hard and I wish that more progressions and tips for every exercise is provided, because sometimes I have to improvise....
Trust the system
I learned a lot from the CaliMove YouTube channel and at one point bought the Complete Calisthenics 1-3, later the original Mobility course and now also the Mobility 2.0 one. All courses are fantastic. The only thing I had to learn is to be patient and to trust the system. If you stay consistent and don't worry about not being able to do the workout fully as prescribed every time results will come. I'm in my late 40s and not everything builds up as quickly as for the younger guys. I also strongly recommend to keep a training log. After a couple of weeks you can see improvements very clearly.

I purchased the whole calisthenics program.
Im a little stucked currently on the LEVEL 3 advanced program, specially with the TYPEWRITER pullup and the archer pushups.
Nonetheless, i aprecciate the warm-up excercises (im 45 yo so these make me feel more trustful into doing heavier sets).
I know its explained, but it would be helpful to dive a little bit more into explaining a few examples on HOW can you merge Calisthenics with other sports (running, cycling, playing football) from a timeframe days basis:
e.g. 2 days of calisthenics 2 days of sport training.
Again, the product is the best!, Thanks for all the videos and Eleks and Sven detailed instructions.
