Dreadful service, items arrived damaged, send back and received by them on 4/8, no refund issued until 27/8 and refund is £100 short! Absolutely useless
DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE!!!! I ordered a shoes and was sooo excited. I opened the package and THERE WAS WRONG SHOES. I tried to call the info and send them a mail, no one ever applied (suprisingly) and the number wasn’t even available!!!! Now I guess i have to f*ing pay for them about shipping the f*ing wrong shoes back. I’ve never been so disappointed in my whole life. I’m sad as hell.
I'm really happy about their service. I've ordered a pair of Reebok Instapumps on July 3rd and the parcel arrived today on 13th of July. Considering all the Covid-19 Pandemic related shipping problems across Europe, and that my package had to travel from Sweden all the way to Romania, I'm really glad that the shoes arrived in a working week's time. The box was not beat up and the size was on spot. At first after reading some reviews I was a bit fearful that maybe some problems will come up, but that was not the case. I've even written the support team a message to be sure that they send me the right pair, and they responded in a really polite manner, shoutout to Zahra.
Worst store ever to return to. Ordered a pair of shoes and came in undamaged. Unfortunately one pair came with factory flaws, so I contacted the customer service. They let me sent it back, free of charge. So I did. After two weeks of waiting I contacted the CS again. They answered that I should wait since it could take up to 14 days before it is being handled. I have sent them dozens of emails forth and back and I kept getting the same answer: ''I checked with the return department and unfortunately, your order has not been processed in return yet.
We have a longer return handling time at the moment due to our ongoing sale and also the recent holidays.'' What do you mean?! there was not even a holiday during the period! I got my refund +1 month after I returned the shoes. This shop literally doesn't care. I know for a fact that I won't ever shop here again. I have never experienced something like this
After reading some of the other reviews I was a little worried about buying from Caliroots but thought I'd give them a try. I wasn't disappointed at all. The order process was easy, my sneakers were dispatched quickly and arrived in less than a week in perfect condition. I wouldn't hesitate to use Caliroots again.
Very bad costumer service. Not only do they charge you way too much for returns, they also make it impossible for you to actually return it.
I was afraid reading all those reviews.
But everything perfect. It tooks four days to come to Mallorca. And the item was perfect. Exactly what I've oredered. And of course the better price I had found. Very happy , I can recomend Caliroots😘
Ordered, received and returned a product on April.
Till now (11/06/2020) no refund, no communication, no signs of existence of the e-shop.
Corona Virus has extinguished the company!
They sent me an item. It never arrived, tracking says the box was damaged. After reading other reviews on here it seems it’s a common theme. They post your item in the flimsiest of boxes.
Messaged them in a cordial manner asking for updates. But still, even weeks later nobody from Caliroots has replied to offer me a refund or replacement.
Have been chasing them for weeks and keep getting generic copy and paste replies.
Incredibly frustrating. They just don’t care. Shouldn’t even be in business judging by how many upset people there are on here. It’s amazing that they are able to attract high-end brands such as Visvim etc, when they clearly can’t even get the basics right. Utterly baffling.
Shop elsewhere people, even if it costs a couple of quid more, at least you’ll get your item, and you won’t be pulling your hair out.
There is always something out of stock. It’s amazing how they are not able update the stock figures on their site. Don’t get your hopes up on actually getting your order from caliroots.
The shop is nice and all. Shipping is fast.. But pray that you don't have to return stuff! The return department is hopeless! The say they need 14 bank days to handle returns and the another 5 days to make your return payment which seems hopeless when other ships can do the same within less then a week. Regardless of the nice sales and brands its surely the last time I order anything from caliroots... At least until the get a new return policy.

They charge you minimum 30€ if you don't pick up the order from the UPS access point. At the same time their order process is very complicated and they incentivize you to select pick up from UPS access point. A coincidence? I don't think so.
This company has picked the wrong business model. SCAM
Really bad company. First of all returns cost and Instruction for returns written in very bad way and you will end up paying a lot just to be able to return the goods that you don’t want to buy.
Steer away from this company, there’s many others who understand how the business should done.
Extremely surprised that Caliroots has such a low score. I've bought gear from them over a period of 6-7 years and never had a problem. It was that moment when I bought and paid for a pair of reeboks och discount only to receive a mail a day later that the shoes are out of stock. My money was paid back within a few days and there wasn't any issues. I only have good things to say about Caliroots despite that. Ive never had to deal with customer service so I cant comment on that.
I'll add that I'm based in Sweden and haven't had any issues with shipping or returns.
Do not order from here. Worst customer service team, so so so rude. Order tracking number didn't work, after requesting it, it says the order is still awaiting clearance information and there is still no clear idea of when the package will arrive.
request cancelled at the sameday order after 2hours placing order. and they still sent the order, claiming on paypal not solve the problem with reason "the seller has send the order".
Sent back some shoes a month ago, they never sent the money back although their policy says 14 days maximum. Customer service is not answering, can never reach them.
Ordered another one, received a different item, and I have to send it back on my own costs, return label is inside, not working.
I would advise the management not to open an online shop if the customer service is unreachable, I have 200 euros payed for them and if it would be on them I wouldn't have a single pair to wear.
