It's been over 3 weeks since I've purchased an item from Cali studios and my item has not even been shipped yet. I ordered this with the correct amount of time so it would arrive before I leave overseas, however it has been 3 weeks now and it still has not left the UK. I've sent multiple emails now and get no response.

It seems impossible to get a refund; my son waited nearly 3 weeks for delivery; jacket was too big. Then had to wait another 3 days for return ‘to be accepted’!!!!! Jacket returned 2 weeks ago and several emails sent but ZERO response!!
Stupidly, my son ordered a smaller size; money taken but no confirmation!! Still waiting!!

I ordered a pair of the indigo coloured Cross Jeans, not only did the delivery take ages they didn’t provide me with a tracking number until the day before they arrived. When I opened the package I was extremely disappointed at the absolute shoddiness of them, they’re a completely different jean to the ones pictured you can tell from the colour and the hemming, they’re also just smudged white tipex crosses that someone’s very poorly hand drawn on. Disgusting practice to charge £65 for crappy homemade jeans while picturing a more expensive pair of denim on the website, it’s blatant false advertising. Avoid at all costs

The quality of the product IS very nice and i advice it to all the potential customer seriously

Ordered a 2dn pair of black joggers with the cali logger as I like to have a spare.
Top quality and the fit is what I was looking for.
Also got the plaid worker jacket which has lasted so far and surprisingly warm.
Yet to have an issue with an order; this is my 4th time ordering.

Great service, received my item within the time given. Products are great would highly recommend and products come as seen in the website.

Terrible service and no trust - I sent back my items and have not received a refund over 3 weeks later. Emails have been responded to every so often and then silence.

My order took over a month to arrive, and I was not responded to once whilst waiting. The product arrived and was wrong so I sent it back for a refund and have been waiting 5 weeks since sending it. I’ve emailed multiple times and heard nothing and they keep deleting my comments on their Instagram. Stay away from this company.

Very responsive and deliver on time if requested. Already got 5 jeans from them.

Really poor service, I ordered some jeans almost a month ago and I still haven’t receive it or any tracking number. Left countless messages on Instagram with zero replies….

Terrible company and customer services I’ve returned some products I had some issue with never got refund even after the couple mail exchange I had with the company saying to me that refund should be process in a week now it’s been 6 months total disgrace. Not to mention that my last e-mail has been ghosted

Ordering was very easy and come within suggested time. The item was a jumper and I couldn’t have asked for anything better, was perfectly oversized which is what I was looking. Furthermore the prices are great for the high quality of the clothing

The process of ordering was really easy and didn’t take long, it felt all really trustworthy. The only thing that bothered me was that I had to wait at least 3-4 weeks for my package to arrive. I kinda get it though, because I live in Berlin and they shipped it from the UK.
I would recommend, because you get the same products as on the website and it’s trustworthy. I’m in love with my training jacket and can’t stop wearing it. :)

I think its sad the customer service is so poor and it took a month and a half before i got my order - cause i actually like my product.

Terrible company I’ve made an order 14 days ago and I’ve emailed them about 5 times even on instagram and still no reply. This is happened to me more than once. Never ordering from these again.

Total Scam!! I returned my order, due to all of the clothes being too small, in November it's now February and I still haven't received my refund. Not to mention, I had to pay to send the clothes back myself from the US back to the UK!!
