extra cost to remain a customer?

I really don't understand why it costs me extra to stay as a customer at callme.
I bought a new phone, and moved my e-sim to the new phone and I got charge for 99kr, because "it's a new card". In a digital wold it should be an extra cost, nor a convenience cost.

We understand your frustration. In a digital world, moving your eSIM from one device to another should feel like a seamless and simple process, and ideally without unexpected costs.


The reason for the 99 kr charge is that every eSIM transfer is treated as the issuance of a new digital SIM card. Just like with physical SIM cards, there are administrative and technical processes involved, which unfortunately do come with a small cost. That said, we know this can feel like a penalty for staying loyal and that's certainly not the intention.

Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll be sure to pass it on internally as we continuously work on improving transparency and fairness in our pricing.

As a fas

As a fast customer with call me & from my previous/present experience I could tell that call me is great company as a mobile network operator & internet services also software and telecom provider beside the professional marketing and kind services.

No response at all - Wanted to switch & changed my mind

I wanted to switch to CallMe as they had a nice deal that included AirPods with a subscription. I was genuinely ready to leave my current provider and move, but my customer service experience has been terrible. I needed some help with switching and called them as the deal was about to expire.

First of all, their support hours are only 8–16, which is the same as most people’s working hours. This already makes it very inconvenient to reach them without taking time off work. Still, I made the effort to call. The first time, I waited on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. The second time, during another break from work, I waited 40 minutes—again, no answer.

I then tried using their callback option, entering my number to be called when they were free. I never received a call back.

I wasted more than an hour just waiting on the phone, and then all day checking my phone for the call, with no help at all.

Hire more people! Instead of gaining a new customer, CallMe has completely pushed me away.

Never going back to this company

Never going back to this company, while my experience with them wasn't bad during being a member, now that I'm changing to another provider they are just being difficult, what was supposed to be a straight forward process is now a headache, they demand fuldmagt (power of attorney) from Tre, and after i filled that up, they rejected it, and they want a physical paper with that, all that for what? Another month of payment?

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Be aware! I will never use their service again.

What happened?
I changed the service two months ago and they have sent me bills of 361.4 kr, after I have already paid all bills and changed to another service provider. I tried to call them and dispute, but they don't answer the phone even after waiting in line for an hour. Then I paid it cause they did the same to me before as well. Now they send me another bill of 100 kr. So, to change my phone to another service provider, they took 461.4 kr from me. Previously as well I had to pay 500kr same way. This company is okay until you tried to change to another service provider. I know one day a daring customer will take them to court. Until then, be aware.

En klage

Hi.
Worst phone company ever.
Refusing to give out a phone recording that I stetted i would like to pay my bill the customer service said okay ill take care of it she didnt I waited then boom inkasso,,,surely call me!!!???
Now am forced to pay inkasso for their fault. 🤬

Wrong information, Bad service

I really like to give no star!
Callme gives a very vague and wrong information.
Free call is not free! the explanation is to make people confuse. Every time you call support you have to be behind the line at least for 1 hour. After waiting for more than an hour, a person promise to do something, but you never get any result. Really bad service, give wrong information. Giving a wrong information is misusing trust of customer.

The worst mobile network company

I was transferred from Alka Mobil to Call me, and the transition has been frustrating. Despite subscribing to a 50GB/month plan for around 79 kr, my monthly bills were often between 100–200 kr. When I contacted customer service, I was rudely told I'd sent messages to the Netherlands and China, something I didn’t do. After checking, I realised the messages were from Yahoo and Shein, not initiated by me, yet I was charged for them, something that never happened under Alka Mobil.

Additionally, I received two bills in the same month. When I questioned this, the consultant said they had accidentally sent me the August bill early. This confused me even more, since I had signed up for a postpaid plan, so why was I being charged 184 kr for usage I hadn’t even consumed yet

One of the worst experiences I've had…

One of the worst experiences I've had with a telecom company. They constantly call you and push you to become a customer but once you sign up, you're completely ignored. I had two family subscriptions and when I cancelled, they charged me around kroner per subscription around 1300 in total, without ever mentioning any cancellation fee in the terms. When I reached out for help, no one cared and it was nearly impossible to get through. Feels like they just want your money and then disappear. Would never recommend.
