If i could put a zero i would . Ordered two weeks ago , only got confirmation they took my money then later no updates contacted them and still did not get an answer on when i would receive my product . They stopped responding saying stuff was in backorder , which i responded that they should inform the customer before we place order. At this point disputing with my bank to Atleast get my money back.

Wish I had looked here first, same experience as all the other reviewers. Took my money, and then week after week after week told me my glasses would be coming that week. Promises of expedited shipments, and even a specific shipping date, which would just pass, without comment. After reaching out, I would be told that there was another delay. Six weeks after ordering something that was supposed to come in 3 days I still have nothing.

scam! No shippment Stealing my credit card !

Ordered 6 pairs of glasses August 29th, received NOTHING. Contacted them after 1 week no status update, and was told they had inventory problems and to wait. Waited and waited and waited, contacted them again and was told they would receive inventory Sep. 23rd and expedite my order Sep. 25th. Oct. 2nd and no response anymore. Very disappointing! I would have appreciated a refund by this point. Opened a dispute with my credit card.

UPDATE: Received an email Oct. 13th that a shipment was on its way. Finally received the order Oct. 15th. Still won’t be ordering from Calmoptics again. This was a very bad experience. Closed dispute with credit card company.

I experienced the same issue... ordered my glasses on July 30 and it is still not shipped on Oct 02. I keep emailing them and they say they didn't have inventory, or they received partial inventory... have asked for a refund. Hopefully it will be processed soon.

I have the same issues as you all are having, I am writing email everyday to these guys for the refund. Nothing happening. I hope we all get the money back. Reviews on their website is all fake seems like. I ordered 2 months ago.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Ordered glasses on August 13, it’s now September 30 and nothing. No response to the many emails I’ve written. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I simply want my money back. I placed the order directly through their website and my order was confirmed that day. Stating it would be shipped within a few days. We are nearly 2 months later and I have no glasses or my money back. They are using COVID as an excuse for the delay. This is not a legitimate business.

I had the same situation as everybody else saying here on the reviews. I ordered back in July and as of today no order. I contacted then via email 3 times and no response. Called the bank and disputed the transaction and got my money back. So its a fake website. I learned my lesson, not to trust all website that are advertised on facebook.

Fake business with fake facebook reviews. I ordered 2 pair of kids glasses first week of August. We are now almost into October and have yet to receive anything!! Each time I email or try to get in touch with someone they completely avoid my questions and say They are looking into it or the glasses will be in stock soon. I have filed claim with my bank which gave me full credit back while they investigate plus complained to BBB as well. Their trackin email takes you to a blank USPS site! Avoid these people and run as fast as you can!! I wish i had read these reviews earlier :(

Exact the same experience. I ordered 5 pairs of glasses in August because of all the fake reviews they had on their website. I have not received anything to date. I contacted them numerous times and only received couple responses. Despite the fact I requested for refund couple times, they continue to say they will deliver!!! I want to leave a bad review on their website and realized there is no way to do so!!! So all of it is a scam!! Iwish I know how to warn others. I will try to have my credit card company to reject the payment I made to them, hopefully it will work.

Buyers beware! Do not BUY! The site review is fake!!! They only want to post the good reviews, not sure if its legit. And never received the product even if you contacted them for cancelation. Worst costumer service!!! If only I could rate it with 0.00!!

It has been nearly 2 months and I still have not received my glasses. I have been in contact weekly for 6 weeks and have been informed every time they they’re “looking into it.” I requested to cancel my order and be refunded about a month ago, but they still respond that they’re trying to get my glasses to me. Not only do they not deliver the promised product, they’re refusing to refund for something they cannot deliver.

Same. No response from my last email. It’s a scam for sure. $121 they got from me.

UPDATE: they did finally refund my money after filed a BBB complaint.

They never sent my order and stopped responding to me when I requested a refund. It was almost a month and it hasn't even shipped. Avoid this company!

Horrible. My order was on back order but NO one reached out to let me know. It took me three emails to get a response, then I asked them for a refund and still NO response

This company is a scam, they claimed to have sent out your order but the tracking number doesnt work, sending them email regarding order or tracking is fine they will still respond, but when i requested a refund they stopped responding altogether!

I ordered my glasses two months ago and I still haven’t received them. I have tried on several occasions to reach out to Calmoptics but I don’t get answers that make sense at all. And they won’t respond to my refund request either and won’t respond to my emails altogether. At this point, the only thing that would make me happy is getting my money back. I was very excited about their product but it all just turned out to be such a huge headache.

Buy from this company at your own risk!
