My delivery was early and my driver
My delivery was early and my driver, Luke, was cheerful and helpful. We had a discussion about the potential for moving the cylinders and he gave me some new, good, ideas. He also gave me time to sweep up behind the cylinders being replaced which was long overdue. Thank you.

Good points and bad points
Good points: delivery was made by driver who also disconnected empty bottle and reconnected new bottle, so thanks to him for that as I had struggled and failed to disconnect the empty bottle.
Bad points:
1. Original delivery was scheduled for Monday 3rd August but I was not informed of the change of date until I called the service centre asking for a time confirmation.
2. I called the service centre again on Thursday 6th asking again for time clarification for Friday but call went to voicemail and I left a message but no one replied.
3. Delivery driver arrived early Friday morning but made no attempt to contact me either by txt or just ringing the door.

Great service will use again
After driving round trying to find a local stockist who wanted to charge me over £ 45 for a refill I gave up and found online I could have it delivered to my door in a couple of days for far less money it was so simple to order and driver even rang me to say he was on his way Brilliant service.

The delivery service is reliable, efficient and helpful. The official calor gas website is good but some of the retailer information is out of date and some of the retailers charge £20 more than the official price so shop around
