Terrible customer service I ordered express delivery 1-2 days now it's telling over a week I get told ill get my express delivery refund in 8-10 days time . That it's not there problem it's the delivery company
Ordered September 17th
Ordered September 17th, still haven't received my goods and have been told "Please note that we are not able to provide any updates or any solution until the investigation is over." I will be filing a chargeback once one month is over, and I would advise anyone else with issues to do the same.

My experience of using their web site and how their shop staff deal with complaints is consistent with the other reviews. This is a company that don't care about service and consider customers to be nothing but a nuisance.
Poor Quality and Customer Service
Ordered 3 packs of mens multipack underwear end of August, first wearing one of the pairs at work I noticed over the course of the day the stitching gradually became more and more undone and by the time the end of the day came around there was no stitching left at all in the supportive area of the underwear.
I reported it the following day using the Whatsapp chat option and was immediately hit with a no returns or refunds message, after replying that it should not effect my statutory rights I was told a claim needed to be opened for which I provided all the evidence required and then was ignored for a full month the first week of which I chased for a response with no acknowledgement or response to my issue.
Yesterday, another pair from the same pack experienced the same issue and I immediately emailed through their online page and received a reply a few hours later through my original means of communication on Whatsapp where I was told a partial refund of one of the pairs was to be processed with no acknowledgement that this is the second pair within the pack to become faulty after just few uses.
The product quality and customer service level for a brand such as Calvin Klein is below poor, I have been a regular client at various stages of my life and now have no interest to continue purchasing Calvin Klein underwear or any of their products moving forward.

Customer service is the worst I have had to deal with I think I would have more luck talking to the wall..ordered 2 coats and returned both were cheap looking and looked faded. Still waiting on a refund from the 4th September please spend your money else where
Poor Quality: Not Value for the Money.
I spent almost 10,000 rupees on an executive bag on September 24th; however, the handle broke after just 11 months of use. The CK shop nicely turned me away when I contacted them and did not even offer to help with a repair. My actual experience has led me to realise that these products are not only nearly three times more expensive than other brands, but their quality is also significantly poorer. At this point, I would advise all of my friends to reconsider investing in this brand and to think twice before doing so.
Bad Customer Service Experience
I attempted to use my student discount in-store, but was told they couldn’t apply it and advised to buy online. When I tried at home, the discount didn’t work. I contacted customer service for help, but they were dismissive and offered no solution.
This was an incredibly frustrating experience. I will never buy from this brand again as there are plenty of other companies that treat their customers with the respect, dignity, and professionalism that C.K. completely failed to show.

I felt a big lack of taking responsibility for orders disappearing. Disappointing and unhelpful responses;
Twice orders have said “delivered” by DHL and nothing arrived.
No evidence at all provided by Calvin Klein that their assigned carrier delivered, apart from a screenshot of DHLs generic timeline saying “delivered”
From Calvin Klein: “we cannot assure that all of our orders can or will be delivered correctly. This is a promise we cannot keep or provide our customers.
As we do not have control on what can happen with our deliveries with our carriers.”
Also the other wording of CK’s emails insinuates my address is unsafe to deliver to!
Won’t be ordering again going forwards.
CK Deliberately Attached Things to Tags So You Have to Remove Them to Try Clothes On
Purchased and received a jacket and pants. Both items had massive grey bag things attached to them, which were attached to the tags. I had to cut the tags to be able to remove the bags to try the items on. Now they wont issue a refund because the tags were removed.
What a massive scam. You cant try the items on without removing the tags and then they wont honour the refund because the tags were removed.

I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with your alleged customer service, to the extent that you are going to lose me as a customer.
I ordered a pair of shoes (size 43) on 08-08-25.
You delivered the shoes on 10-08-25 and they were the wrong size (42).
I immediately raised a complaint about this. At that time I was advised that size 43 was not available and that a refund would be issued.
You collected the wrongly delivered shoes on 11-08-25.
After receiving no further communication from you I sent another message and on 15-08-25 was advised by your CSR that the refund would take up to 7 working days.
According to my calculation, that means the refund should have been in my account on or before the 20-08-25.
I have sent further messages about this and received no response.
The time elapsed from when I raised the complaint until today is now 20 days and counting.
I find it to be very poor form when a so called reputed company cannot arrange a refund in a timely manner, especially given that the wrong delivery was your mistake in the first instance.
Kindly advise when I can expect a refund !!!!

Terrible experience. Ordered some boxers but they must have switched the colourways within the checkout process without informing me and now have a horrific set of colourways after waiting over a week for them to arrive. Awful user experience.

Shipping is horrible even when we pay for it. Tracking number is created but it takes a week later for the carrier to actually receive the package. What kind of employees are being hired? Guess we will stop buying Calvin Klein. Talking to customer service is a waste of time.
Very poor quality
I bought a business shirt and have worn it a couple of times. I was very careful that I followed the washing instructions but the fabric has started to fall apart with threads pulling. I paid a lot of money for it. The store I bought it from are not interested and just argued terms and conditions. What an awful company. Don’t buy their poorly made shirts they are not worth the money.
Slow delivery with no tracking update
My parcel was handed over to the carrier GLS few days ago, but still stucked in Netherlands with no tracking update.
Luckily, I received the parcel on day 6 - 1 day behind promised delivery times.
Horrible quality
Horrible quality. I just bought a £42 swimsuit. After 1 single wear for less than an hour on beach, the sand stayed on/inside the swimsuit. I tried every possible way even put into washing machine, the sand still on. How does that even possible?!??? I never seen something like this before! CK I’m not paying £42 for one off single disposal swimsuit! Horrible quality! Avoid!

I received an empty parcel box which was opened with no items inside this is theft- outrageous, pls issue a refund and check the photos I sent .
