Totally messers. I have no trust in them. They act like thiefs, professional thiefs. No difference between the ones on the street and CK. None.

Ordered black ballett shoes on Saturday received them on Thursday, put in safe place of my request , shoes are super soft leather exactly as described, a tad big but fixed with some insoles, very pleased , thank you

Believe all the 1 star reviews because they're true . Ordered £80 worth of boxers for my holiday the delivery time frame worked , then received an email explaining they wouldn't be dispatched for a week due to a delay. Got in touch with customer service explained I'd like to cancel order due to me being away and them not arriving in time just a no you can't you'll have to send them back no matter how many times I explained I don't want them as I'll be on holiday and not home to take parcel they wouldn't cancel . They said leave with a neighbour etc not 1 bit helpful they take your money have crap customer service and think it's acceptable. Keep your money and don't order with these ,like I said all 1 star reviews are true.

I truly expected more from CK. I ordered some cologne and I first thought it was a joke on how long the shipping would take. Here I am patiently waiting on the order since according to Fedex it was here in town, well, the Fedex driver did not even attempt to get in the building and left. I am leaving the country tomorrow and this was supposed to be a gift. How can cologne take 2 weeks to be delivered and then still failed delivery. I live in Los Angeles, not Alaska or the Yukon. I hope I get my package tomorrow, but this is frustrating and had I known their score was this low on TP i would have never ordered anything with them. Beyond

I bought some boxers on sale with a very similar style that I really get along with normally. However I have found after only a few washes following the recommended care instructions the colour and fabric has pretty much gone. Dispite paying over the odds compared with other brands which have lasted over 8 months and still going strong. Very unhappy and I won’t be rushing out to buy any more.

Arrived very promptly, like that Royal Mail was used as it is more reliable, my place is hard to find.

Terrible customer service. Package arrived with tape cut and pieces missing. They don't get back to you and then send emails saying they havent heard from you. Had to stop payment. Never ever again and I typically love Calvin Klein clothes

I cannot believe you guys sold me recycled polyester - when last time I received COTTON. I won‘t tolerate your product degradation !!! Send me a return label, I haven’t washed or worn the product - and only now I can see it said ON THE BOX AND NOWHERE ELSE that it’s polyester. You were once known for quality - looks like another shitty product today. Oh and forget about shopping with you. Please send this feedback to your senior management, product „developers“ and all the rest of it

I received someone else’s order, and there’s been no response to my messages on the WhatsApp help service. Very disappointing experience — I’ll avoid this seller in the future.

Absolutely shocking customer service,using their label we returned a dress.It arrived back with us 5 days later with the box burst at every seam.
Eventually they have sent us another label and we have gorilla taped the box together .
Our refund better follow quickly!

Worst experience of my life ever. Blanchardstown store manager keeps telling me to contact customer serive for my refund and customer service keeps saying ask the store manager as we cant see any information on our system. Rediculous. Will never make a purchase from CK no matter what country its in.

Bought a coat from one of their outlets and it wasn't cheap either, but the logo has started to peel off within 5 months of purchase and the coat hasn't been worn that much either. Customer service is about as much use as a wet paper bag or chocolate teapot! Contacted them and because it was purchased from one of their outlets they are unable to help! Meaning a 100 mile round trip to the outlet! Don't buy any of their products s they are poorly made junk

Honestly, if it where possibly I'd give zero stars.

The experience was frustrating from the start.
When I registered my address, I had to fill in a door number, when I don't have any as I'm not living in an apartment.

Also, the website is really obtuse if you need to check measures for sizes bigger than XXL.

When I made my order, I encountered even more problems. First, the order took to long in pre-admission, which means the product was registered to the mailers, but not yet deposited.
This situation lasted until I contacted them about this.

Later, on the day of the delivery, it was stationed and postponed because Calvin Klein only gave my postal code to the delivery agency, without the rest of the address.

This was another issue I had to fix myself.

Finally, when my product arrives home, I find out that the measures indicated in the web don't reflect the real measures of the product, having bought a product that, supossedly would be a tight fit on me, only to find out it is a bit too big.

All in all, I don't recommend buying online from this store, not buying any product that you can't try before.

I purchased ladies briefs at the Calvin Klein outlet in Ashford.
When trying to remove the price label I discovered it was stitched so tightly to the fabric it was impossible to remove without damaging the fabric.
I contacted Calvin Klein who told me I’d need to contact the outlet direct. They were very unhelpful saying they didn’t have contact details when I asked!
I googled the Ashford outlet Calvin Klein email and emailed my complaint.
They ignored my email.
Terrible customer service.
Will not be purchasing from Calvin Klein again.

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from CK. To my shock and horror, a pair of men's lace jock strap was delivered instead with NO jeans. I immediately phoned customer services, who assured me they would follow up with an email detailing what photos I needed to provide and how I could resolve this matter. No email was received. Awful experience with CK, and the matter is still not sorted
