The best broadband we've ever had. Cambridge Fibre is amazing, a bespoke service with very fast totally reliable signal and really affordable. Technical support was brilliant, someone always answers the phone and deals with your query, you never have to wait in a queue. If you're in the Cambridge area: don't bother with the big national providers, Cambridge Fibre is far, far, better.

Contacted them Thursday afternoon - and Friday morning they came round and fitted everything and we were online. The two engineers, Kevin and Jevon, were very efficient and helpful, as were the two men back in the office. They arranged the 'rural voucher' scheme so we didn't have to pay for the fitting. An extremely fast, polite and well run company.

Got connected yesterday and the whole process from placing order to connection was fast and efficient. Very helpful engineers and they set everything up before they leave. Totally recommend.

Really impressed with the overall experience from initial contact through to installation, including being given a specific date/timeframe, being kept in the loop of any minor changes and finally to the fibre broadband service provided to date.

Have had 1GB service with them for 6 months. No outages, as advertised speeds. Great customer experience of quick response to questions. Would not go back to big provider. Highly recommend if in Cambridge

The fibre network was about 2-3 months ahead of schedule and when our village was complete an engineer came out within 24 hours to get us up and running. It's been a week and the speed and reliability have been so much better – 10X better actually!

Over the past year or so when this came to fruition, Jonathon had been great at keeping our village in the loop.

Huge upgrade from VDSL/FTTC! Not only are the speeds faster, but I haven’t gotten random disconnects that plagued me on my VDSL line. They’ve delivered above the promised speeds at all times of the day that I’ve tested. To say I’m happy would be a massive understatement. This is what every house should get.

Installation engineer was also very accommodating, and he installed my ONT in my preferred location up in the loft (where he had to climb up pretty high!)

Cambridge Fibre recently installed extremely fast and reliable broadband to my property. Their team is friendly and helpful and installed the broadband to my office in no time. Since then the service has been rock solid and the price is a significant improvement on the service I received from Virgin. Cambridge Fibre gets my vote any day for their fantastic service!

I have been with Cambridge Fibre for around 18 months and have nothing but positive comments to share.

Performance of the 1Gb service is superb and extremely reliable with no outages in that time. Pricing is fair and so far none of the frustratingly regular price creep shenanigans employed by my previous provider.

I'd love to tell you about the support they provide but I've had absolutely no cause to contact them, which in itself is a very positive anecdote on the reliability of the service.

Ignore whatever concerns you may have about opting for a smaller provider - this is broadband done right and the big players have a long way to go to match it.
