First time I have purchased from this company and I have to say what a really good choice. The product was a really good fair price and ordered on a Tuesday. They despatched the goods same day which were delivered by DOD on Thursday morning. I did speak to their sales team when I thought there might be a hiccup concerning delivery address and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Once delivered, the item went to get her really well and looks really good quality and much better than anticipated. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. Many thanks.

Having looked around for a good price for a Kettler Foxley 6 seat dining set Cambridge Home and Garden price was the best we found. From the point of ordering to delivery we were kept updated as to when the furniture would arrive. Within 3 working days the furniture was delivered and is stunning. Great experience, thank you

Literally the worst company in the world to deal with. Sent me the wrong garden furniture which was also damaged, missing cushions and the wrong table. Then sent a replacement set which was even more damaged with missing cushions and the same wrong table again (despite me bullet pointing what was wrong and missing from the first order).
Promised they would then send replacements, which they claim got "lost" by DPD who said they never even collected the delivery from their warehouse.
Later admitted they didn't ever have it in stock all along. Unbelievable.
Even their own delivery guys (came 3 times to delivery and collect) said the company was an embarrassment and forever getting orders and delivery wrong.
One month later they cannot get me the furniture and will take 20 months for a new set. Requested a full refund and compensation. 7 days later, still no money and now the credit card company are chasing them for the debt owed.
Their "compensation" was a 10% voucher... As if I would ever consider using them for anything again. Couldn't organise a drinking session in a brewery. Total embarrassment of a company 🤬🤬
If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not use this company if you actually expect to get the correct order and in good condition.

We purchased a Norfolk Collection garden corner set and cushions. In store staff were helpful and courteous, and delivery was made next business day to our home.

Jason and his colleague carried all of the heavy boxes into the garden and placed them exactly where we asked.

Couldn't fault the product or the service. Highly recommend.
