I didn't get the product I bought the 28/02/2024. Nobody from this company can say where they are, I don't know if they are still in Netherland or if they are in France. And nobody or post office or from UPS contacted me either. Next time I will buy from a Portuguese company. I lost 567,00 euros and never receive my parcel. Don’t buy in this company.

Went to the Cameranu shop in Eindhoven because I wanted to buy a lamp to improve my videos. I thought I wanted a lamp + softbox, but the kind woman that advised me to buy a led panel, because I said I didn't want the lamp to make any noise.

There also was some type of class going on in the shop, so I was a little worried that they'd rush me to buy something to make sure they could help every customer. But the woman was very patient with me, so I could leave the store with a nice lamp and a fitting tripod, after she showed me the lamp in person.

When i picked it up at a store in Eindhoven the employee was very patient and helpful and even took a look at my camera for free to check an issue.

I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are in the sore I was quoted a fair price for a second hand lense and had no issues with payments. The shop is well stocked and the quality of service is excellent.

Everything is pretty clear on their website and the delivery is lightning fast. I bought my camera lens in the evening around 10:30pm and it was delivered early in the morning the next day.
