Good service and fast delivery. Originally I bought a used Tamron lense but after using it for a while, noticed few issues. I returned the lense and bought a new one. People from CameraTools were quick on reply and resolved my case pretty quickly.

You should really improve the website! by chance I didn't bought some stuff from Amazon.de and I bought them from you.

Your search and categories could improve.

The categories, the filters. ex: articulating arm you have: arm, articulating arm and after a long scroll you have magic arm and maybe I am not covering all the options! group them better! help me find and buy the stuff you have in store!

Great service, good price and easy, transparent online ordering process. Item was delivered very quickly. As a minor critique it could be remarked that it is unfortunately not transparent which courier service will take over delivery in the destination country for international shipping. But this has become an almost impenetrable maze anywhere with so many services around...

I ordered a used camera lens. It arrived the next day in perfect condition. So from me, 5 ***** for service and quality.

I first went to Camera Tools when I was looking to purchase a new ONA leather bag because I saw online that they carried ONA products. However, after I got to the store to check out the bag I liked, I realized that Camera Tools had everything I could possibly want as a photographer.

The store was very organized and clean, with isles easy to navigate. After perusing through everything for about 30 minutes, I then approached someone from the staff to ask about a new camera I had been looking in to. (Sony A7R III). The staff member not only told me they had it in stock, but also got a brand new box out for me with a charged battery and fresh SD card to play with. I had a choice of every E-Mount lens they had in the store and was able to use the camera for over an hour. The staff member helped me with all of my questions and was very knowledgable about the products they were selling. When I stumped him with a particular question, he immediately found another staff member who knew the answer.

Obviously, my experience was excellent there, and I honestly don't know how you could have a better camera/photography shopping experience. I ended up buying the camera on a second visit to the store, as well as some beginner flash equipment. On top of that, I sold some old Canon products I had and was offered a very fair price for them. I then used that money to purchase some new Sony lenses and again, my experience at the store was wonderful.

I recommend Camera Tools highly to you if you are looking for a camera store. Definitely 5 stars in my book! ...and I will soon be back! :-)

P.S. The Camera purchase was technically my Christmas/Birthday gift from my girlfriend, and I just opened it up 4 days ago! It's the best!

Very good knowledge , and good advice

Olympus pen f has a nostalgic look but with 21st century functions. It is fast and beautiful and the kit lens (14-42mm) does a great job with this camera. Both are compact but produce superb photos as well as video. I haven't tried my 25mm prime yet but as far as I've heard from other it will be a treat...
I'm still playing around with this but so far it deserve 5 star that I gave it for this review. Thank you Olympus for this wonderful camera and thank you CameraTools.nl for your wonderful service and help during and after my purchase. 5 star shop...
