AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Camhi is also branded as Hiseeu, Hieasy and Camhipro. All of these are 100% a waste of your money!

Absolute garbage cameras with poor design, poor development, poor API and possess bare minimum functionality. Barely any common and critical camera settings that are modifiable on any other brand camera for example, shutter speed are NOT accessible or modifiable with any Camhi camera or any off its side brands so you are stuck with a blurry picture or video when the subject is moving any faster than walking speed and therefor leaves it impossible to identify someone when you really need to! This in itself is bloody ridiculous, absolutely absurd and totally defeats the whole intended purpose of using security cameras! Again, Camhi is also branded as Hiseeu and Hieasy and Camhipro. Do NOT touch these brands with a 10 foot pole and certainly do not attach them to one either!

i love this company 8 million users worldwide says it all! i use there cloud storage servers also in canada which they also own, the guy who started this is is a genius! due to post profits this year of nearly 1million pound! the sky is the limit

The guy who runs this company - well it’s just a website really - is a convicted criminal. He uses his own cameras to stalk others and also his owns customers. Beware buying anything from this crook it will likely be virus ridden and steal all of your data.

The person who owns this company is very rude and they are nothing to do with KAM high

They deliberately called themselves this to deceive you and try to sell you a new camera even when you don’t need one just to get money. They won’t help with anything technical and don’t care about potential customers

Faulty unit the company will not respond to any warranty issues or contact you .
Crap in a nut shell with no support

Do not under any circumstances buy from these scammers. They are sending out faulty cameras then refuse to exchange and refuse to have back. Notified very quickly. They also leave threatening abusive messages and send unprofessional communication. Resulted in going through credit card provider for refund.

Had the misfortune of buying two cameras from camhi.uk. Both of them falied in 6 months or less. Camhi.uk will not honour any guarantees. They state on there website a full 12 month guarantee. But if you try ask for help you will be fobbed off, with excuses saying camhi.uk operate outside of the uk and dont offer a guarantee. They told me they dont operate under UK consumer law.
Dont be fooled by there web site or ebay listings. If you buy from them and get a problem your on your own. You can buy these cameras direct from China via ebay for half the price with that kind of support (none).

This is probably the worst things that I have bought, extremely difficult to setup my first one died after 3 weeks outdoors, bought another one and it wont even connect and the tutorial video is incorrect the ap referd to is not on play store, save your money and do not by this crap, they don't even put their name on there packing

Had previously purchased a camhi camera that worked well, but had issues with a 2nd. Camera was 3 weeks old but never worked. Contacted (Steve) at staff@camhi for help, but found him unhelpful and rude. Did`nt really want to be bothered with my complaint. Would`nt take the camera back to resolve the issue and kept my cash.

Order 5 cameras only 3 received . Made them aware on day of delivery . Reused to do anything about it and there attitude stinks so this matter is getting esculated to small claims

The 2 people running this company are so rude an unprofessional that I had to make a YouTube video and post a review here to warn people.
I bought a camhi 4g camera and a camhi WiFi camera, both worked great for about a week or 2 an then failed to connect to the server in china after that, which means they won't work.
I don't know if there waiting to get good feedback on eBay an then killing the connection once they know you can't open a case against them so they can try and sell more camera's or if they really are that useless and incompetent...??? either way customer service is none existent, once they've got your money they won't even try and help.
If you check the reviews on the Google play store you will see how bad they are, the cameras won't connect to the app and they know but refuse to fix it but there still tricking people and selling cameras even tho they know they wont work.
Go on YouTube and search for
Camhi is a SCAM
and the video I made should come up and then you can see for yourself.
Don't buy anything Camhi, you'll only regret it like myself an so many others do.
