Just ordered some Tepe dental brushes, but the site automatically added dental mousse which I didn't order or want, and didn't have a facility to remove it. Ended up buying it just to complete the order. Certainly shan't be using this company again.

This is the first time I have shopped at Dental Direct and I was very pleased to receive my order so quickly. I only placed my order yesterday morning and it has arrived this evening via an Amazon Prime delivery driver. He found my house in the dark, in a very rural location, where no one has house numbers, just house names. Magnificent!

I ordered the wrong items (completely my fault) so I emailed asking if it was possible to exchange them. I received an (AI?) response stating that their system said the items had been delivered to me, which is obviously not what I had asked. I eventually received email confirmation that I could return the items for a refund which I duly did, by Evri, to the address they gave me. I have proof of delivery. Over two weeks later there is still no sign of my refund, despite me following it up. Apparently the refund address is their director's home and they have to wait for him to bring the items into the office? It seems like a very amateurish set up...., Update: Eventually received a refund but only after spending £8ish on serving a formal letter before action on them. So I am still that amount out of pocket but decided to pursue it as these companies really shouldn't be allowed to get away with this sort of thing.

Scam Site – Avoid!

Their phone line is permanently busy, and I’ve received no response to my emails inquiring about the whereabouts of my order. I paid for next-day delivery, but it’s been nearly a week with no sign of the package and no communication from them.

RM lost my original order and Dental Direct sent me a replacement package very quickly. Thank you.

I was recommended by my dentist to purchase some interdental brushes as part of my oral hygiene. They suggested Dental Direct...
I ordered a packet of the yellow and blue brushes.
I began using them, after a short while the brush kept on breaking away, snapping. I contacted DD and explained what was happening. After telling me how to use the brushes, I was asked to call them back in a week to see how I got on.
A few more of the brushes snapped off, often being stuck between my teeth. DD asked how many brushes had broken... DD said that they would send out an 8 pack of the blue and yellow brushes... These never arrived so I contacted DD again. They then arranged to send out again as next day delivery.
To date the interdental brushes still snap off....very costly purchase in cost and usage.
My first impression if DD is not great hence the rating.

I ordered Sleep right dental guard ready to take on holiday with me, and received shipping confirmation the same day. However the following day I received an email from 'Laura' making me aware they were out of stock but expecting delivery by the end of the week. I asked how a product could be shipped (as per email I'd received) if it's not in stock and was advised 'stock discrepancy in our warehouse'.. From reading the views, this lack of stock appears to be a frequent and familiar pattern for this company, which is a bit of a worry really when customers are handing over their hard earned money. It's now Friday (end of the week) so I am waiting to see if I receive a further email to say the item has been restocked and shipped. If I don't receive a shipping confirmation by Sunday and the product by next Wednesday, then I'll be formally requesting a full refund including delivery costs. I need this guard by 10th March as I'm going away.

This company needs to employ someone with experience in stock handling and control so it can fulfill its legal obligations

The web site is easy to navigate, a friendly and knowledgable person answers the phone if you have a query, they have a great range of well-priced products. And they use Royal Mail - much more reliable than couriers.

Just placed an order for some mouthwash recommended by the dental hygienist at my surgery. I’ve had 2 acknowledgments one for subscription and the other for opening an account. Nothing though about my order???? Not sure if I can trust them? I have paid for the product.

Have contacted them twice today 11/12/24 negative response thinking of cancelling the order!! No manners just darn right rude. If you don’t acknowledge my order by 12/12/24 I am cancelling the order as I don’t not trust you and think you are scammers and you can cancel the newsletter as well. I was advised by my Dental Surgery to order this so thanks very much. Just darn right illmannered. By the way where are you based!!!!

Extremely non-professional, received counterfeit product, no response when contacted. Had to dispose off.

I use interdental brushes daily, and they are about £4 for 6 brushes in most places (67p each). On this site you can get 25 brushes for £11 (44p each). This is the cheapest I've seen them anywhere.

I was a bit concerned about the mixed reviews for this company, but I bought 3 bags of 25 (as you get free shipping for orders over £30).

I had an email immediately to say the order had been received and the next day I got another one to say they had been dispatched. They arrived 2 days later.

They look genuine. They are in TePe branded bags, and they look to be of good quality. No complaints whatsoever. I will definitely be buying from these again when I am close to running out.

Great online store. Reliable with good prices and customer service. Highly recommend.

The denture direct in elm Mott are lying sac of chit, go elsewhere, you get better dentures . Can’t even see my teeth when I smile , let alone how poor they fit ? I called to see if they can be fixed , they had a price .
I even had bone loss on bothe upper and lower , the dentist got his 1000. Avoid THIS CRAPHOLE

Appalling customer service. Purchased a product that wasn’t fit for purpose… interdental holder .. cost £2.95.
Doesn’t hold the brushes in place and not fit for purpose.
In order to receive a refund I have to pay the postage cost …which would be more than I paid for the product.
What sort of company doesn’t refund £2.95 even as a goodwill gesture .. which it wouldn’t be as NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE AND ITEM IS SCRATCHED.

Placed order on Monday...good comms, quick despatch and delivered exactly as ordered on Wednesday...5* service once again...thank you

I have always had excellent service with dental direct and their products.
Products which I am unable to source locally
My preference is for a 3.5 toothbrush and dental direct can supply this quickly and securely packaged

Good quality product - well packaged - delivery earlier than predicted - sensible price
