Poor customer service
We order a bed for our son.
While they informed us a delivery date, finally if we do not call them, they do not come back us to satify a customer.
We called them over 6 times and they are unable to know where are the good...and neother to make any proposal.
We decided to call directly the freight forwarder company and got all informations.
Camif do not care if there are late while the get paid for the goods.
Only proposal is to cancel the order or place a new one...and wait again several weeks...easy
Well it is just for a children that needs his bed...
They will most probably claim this is an exception and I do agree this can happen...but when you care about your customer (the one spending the money) you are the one fighting and finding solution for the customer and not the opposite.
