Awful experience, will never use again, buyer beware
Awful experience with this company. I ordered a large metal item and it arrived damaged (overpriced, poor quality, and badly packaged). I asked for a refund, but the customer service department got all officious, quoting their terms and conditions. They wanted to replace the item with another that was of poor quality and overpriced. They insisted that I must pay the return cost in order to receive the refund, so I was left out of pocket. Every email I sent took a week for a response, and it took months for me to get a refund. They pride themselves on everything being "Made in France", as if that gives you an assurance of quality. However, the products and service received were of very poor quality. Slow delivery, damaged item, slow and officious customer service emails. Inefficient and cheap service for premium prices. Buyer beware, the website makes it all look fantastic but if something arrives damaged then you'll waste a lot of time and money getting your money back.
