We buy Campbells meat regularly. Quality and price is excellent. So why only 4 stars.
Well - During lock down deliveries were made in their own vans. I fully understand that these are now needed for the commercial business. Now DPD delivers our order. They have been great, prompt and at date/ time specified.
But, and it’s big but, our order travels to DPD’s depot in Hinckley, then to the Cumbernauld depot, then to us. A trip of around 12 hours. We live less than 10 mins from the factory!!

Great products and service quality 👌 is first class.

Probably the only good thing to come out of the global pandemic is that we started buying from Campbell's just as it started. The quality of their products is superb but the real star of the show is their customer service. I've had to contact them serval times for information or because I had made a mistake with an order and they have always been friendly and informative. Excellent all round.

I have now received quite a few orders from your company, and I have to say that your products are first class. I received my meat parcel yesterday, and couldn't wait to taste yet again your delicious Steak burgers, and yes they were 5* So my freezer is well stocked with the plu,mpest chicken breasts, lamb and pork loin chops, Turkey breast, steaks etc. I recommend it all and your haggis which I tasted recently. Don't buy supermarket meat when this company supplies such great, matured, flavoured local produce, thank you for such fantastic produce, and the packaging and freshness, to my doorstep.

I have been a Campbells customer for about 2 years now and a Gourmet club customer about one and half years. Their products are always excellent and tasty. I recently filled in a Gourmet club survey and received a box full of different types of sausages valued at £15. Very handy for our bbq next week to celebrate the Queens jubilee. Keep up the good work Campbells

I gave a friend some rashers of the Virginia Cure Streaky Bacon and he said today "I'm 72 years old and this is the best bacon I've ever eaten. I saved the bacon fat to flavour some mashed potatoes or cabbage."

Have used campbell’s many time and never had an issue with the quality, tried the premium breakfast sausage and must say tastiest sausage I’ve had in a long time, not greasy and full of great pork. Also had some of the sweet cured streaky bacon and again quality is superb, so tender and not full of water like most commercial bacons nowadays. Lovely flavour both for a sandwich but also a few strips sliced up and used as a base for a quick pasta dish. 2 new favourites that I’ll be ordering again and again.

Excellent product and service. Recently received our first free box. Amazed at the contents We found Campbell's during the first lockdown having ordered elsewhere originally. However due to their extended delivery times we placed an order with Cambell's.Their product was far superior and we have ordered from them ever since

Amazing experience! Thank you so much. We usually stock up on Lorne Sausage when we visit family in Glasgow but due to COVID we haven’t been up for a couple of years. Ordered online and delivered super quick, very well/professionally packed. Had rolls and sausage for lunch and tasted amazing even husband said it was as good as the one he grew up with so thank you, we will definitely be ordering again when our stock gets low!
