We hire out our Campervan on this site and usually all is good but trying to get anyone to answer help messages on the site or by email is ridiculous! Also no phone number to call to chase up when no response!!!!

The booking process was super easy. Just searched for a campervan in my area and bingo! Can't wait to go on holiday in Poppy the campervan...

Second time using Camperbug. Was the cheapest option and a helpful owner

Contacted a few owners, sent messages, most owners replied and then we made a booking for June. Owner is very helpful with our questions. Simples.

Easy to use, easy to search. Wide variety of campervans and campsites.

Researching information for a future hire, and could not find an email to reach out to camperbug listed anywhere on the public website. How on earth are we meant to ask questions?
For example, the link to the privacy policy is listed as /privacy
however, public are unable to read this as it's behind a login wall. Even with a login for Camperbug, I am unable to reach it.
Is the lack of detail on purpose?
I read another review below, where camperbug invited them to contact via email - good luck finding one!

2nd time i have had to review this disgrace !
Despite requesting my site be removed i am still getting people trying to book who are NON MEMBERS which on explaing they need to be a club member i get abuse !
the listing is out of date and totally in accurate !
do not use this company as you will be very disappointed

Rental fell through and Camperbug gone silent regarding repaying our deposit. Avoid and go to a reputable company.

The motor home I hired was very out dated, part of fly screen fell off in owners hand as he was showing us around, we had to wait about 20 minutes while he attempted to screw it back on, but it soon fell off 5 mins after we drove off.
So not able to use fly screen/ window which the hinge came off as well. All our food £30 worth that was in fridge had to be thrown away as the fridge did not work, on phoning owner his comment yes doesn’t surprise me that it’s not working! The toilet wasn’t in good working order, shower was a waste of time. Owner kept saying make sure you don’t break anything! We was too scared to use anything as fly screens, windows so flimsy, so had to put up with being extremely hot in van as couldn’t use windows. It wasn’t cheap to hire, on telling owner loss of food and he knew fridge wasn’t up to standard he didn’t offer compensation.

Listed my campsite without my knowledge, Plenty of mistakes in the listing. Photos that do not belong to them . Inaccurate booking system, I have asked to have it taken down. Waiting to see if this happens.

Updated based on response; We were never asked, our Campsite was listed without consent. "Our refusal" was based on us asking to remove an incurrate listing.

they randomly created a listing for my campsite with inaccurate information whilst using copyrighted photos without my consent. then refused to take the listing down when requested to do so.
And in response to the reply. Wrong new inn camping genius. You have used images that I created, not stock photos as you claim, your listing breaches copy right laws and so is illegal.
Look at your reviews!!!!!! Why would any business want to be associated with you????
I have instructed a legal representative and you will be hearing from them shortly.

For anyone else that wants to start the ball rolling with a cease and desist letter.

Emailed me regards my caravan site . On investigation it is filled with inaccuracies and total crap !
Was not even approached about them using photographs nor asked if i wanted to be advertised (WE DO NOT)
We are members only and not 1 mention of this . Dont have families yet this camperbug have advertised us as such
Have requested to be remived before we approach legal . A disgrace

They have listed my and other websites, all with incorrect information, all without permission and have broken copyright by stealing images and content from websites. When asked to remove my listing they refuse.

Updated to reply: More lies, I have never sent 'hateful or abusive' emails. I have repeatedly emailed you to ask you to remove us from your directory as the information is completely wrong, we don't accept campervans, we don't want to be listed with you and any further admin you cause us will be billed for. As this appears to be the only way to contact you, I am officially asking you to cease and desist listing us, using our copyrighted content without permission and publishing inaccurate information about us.

As an owner of various motorhomes they are constantly sending spam emails trying to persuade me to advertise with them. I have always said that I am not interested and requested no more contact or emails but they keep harassing me to sign up.
Judging by other reviews and feedback it is a good job I refused.
