Gabi Cribben excellence

Dealt with Gabi Cribben quite a bit on motor insurance this year' so far.

Found hsr to be very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Very impressed, so keep up the good work.

Long waits to speak to policy handlers

Long waits to speak to policy handlers in Ireland - like 16 people in the call queue ahead of you. Once you get through people are usually very courteous and helpful.

However I had a horrible experience with a handler for a different policy 6 months ago. They reduced me to tears while questioning me very aggressively and I feel the outcome of the questioning was very unfair.

Great company! came in 300 under my renewal with a company I was with 4 years. Same cover. And roadside assist! Bonus. Ben was a gent to deal with.

Extremely Disappointing Service and Misleading Information


My experience with Campion Insurance has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I initially received a quote for comprehensive car insurance, and after clarifying the excess amount, I was told it would be €300. However, upon receiving the actual policy documentation, the excess was shockingly €1950. This significant discrepancy in a crucial detail is simply unacceptable and feels like misleading information.

Due to this issue, I immediately requested to change my policy to a third-party fire and theft option. This simple change has dragged on for weeks, requiring multiple follow-ups from my side. What's even more frustrating is the unacceptable delay in receiving my refund for the difference in policy cost. Despite being told on June 5th that the refund was being issued and would be in my account within 5 working days, it's now June 16th and the money still hasn't arrived.

The lack of proactive communication and the constant need for me to chase for updates has made this entire process incredibly stressful. While I understand that staff can be out sick, the overall handling of my policy change and refund has been highly inefficient and unprofessional. I would not recommend Campion Insurance based on this experience.
