I received my order very quickly, but now I'm waiting for the corretion of the bill. I've already asked twice and nothing happens. Only a correction about the half order, even though everything was in one box.
I have already received a reminder from the billing service provider…Never again

The order was placed online, money was being charged and then there was unacurate information about the delivery status + seemingly the product was never shipped. Additionally I could not cancel the order due to „system errors“.
The support staff was polite but could not help properly due to internal problems.

Clothes did not fit, returned them and no reaction for more than 3 weeks. Sent them a message after 2,5 weeks - no reaction. Gave them feedback to their Customer questionnaire - no reaction.

As always the delivery was quick and uncomplicated and the goods were in good condotion.

I ordered new climbing shoes and received them the next day. Great. They did not fit well and I had to send them back. But I still haven't received my money back

Top jacket. Super lightweight and comfortably warm. Was a great purchase. Keeps you dry and warm even in a long drizzle.

I demand contact as soon as possible. On October 4, you received the goods back and started the refund process, which should take 5 business days. In the meantime, your employees have committed manipulation. firstly, information about the refund to the account and the lack of my contact details, secondly, blaming it on a system error. despite many attempts to contact me, no response since October 16. I was deceived by you. you have not kept the terms of the contract, you have been using my resources for almost a month and finally you have done nothing to calm me down, not to mention compensation. WHEN WILL YOU GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK?!

My Order had been returned to campz by DHL, after 14 days I did not receive my payment. When I tried to contact campz, there has been No reaction to Email since another 7 days.
Still waiting for my money.

Meanwhile I received an answer by campz: "We are temporally not able to transfer your money back...but are working hard to get it done".

Company is insolvent, there might be a chance to get my Money back.

Take money immediately but do not send back the money after return of the articles.
Guess that’s because of the bankruptcy of the group.

Products were well priced and of good quality. Delivery was delayed and difficult to locate. Return and reimbursement went well without problems.

In general, the responsiveness via the contact form is quite bad. Took them more than a week to respond.
