No response after trying to contact campz three times
I got my product with a defect. After contacting campz, there was no reaction besides a ticket number and an excuse for having too many requests and therefore I have to wait up to 10 days for a response. The 10 days have passed and I started the returning process. According to DHL, the package arrived back at campz. Again I asked twice about a status update. With two new ticket-request numbers and the same, please wait 10 days... . Nothing. Now I contacted PayPal to get my money back.
In the past I bought some other products a few times, and had no issues. I didn't have to contact them.

No reply
I was sent a defective article. I contacted them to ask for an exchange of the article and gave up after three weeks of no reply to three Messages over the "Contact From". There is no other way to contact Campz and the contact form is just ignored.
I will send back the complete Order and never buy here again.

Return process takes ages
Everything was fine with the delivery and products. However, it takes ages for the returned products to get processed. It is now over a week that I returned products and they are not processes in a batch, but from time to time. I receive emails every second day informing me about a product that has now been registered as "returned", but still not all returned products are processed (Although returned in one single package). Very unnerving process.
