Today I live chatted with Jacque. My vet had not yet faxed the medication for my dog at the dose I requested however, I did have a prescription for her original dose (costing more then what I ordered). I was able to provide him with the prescription, pay the difference and the whole process was flawless.

I have been happy with dealing with Canada Direct. They are very responsive, easy to contact.

I made my first order from the US and it was 1/4 the price. The chat support was very helpful. The only thing is right now they are not accepting credit card transactions so you have to mail or upload a check for payment. Shipping time is longer of course but worth it for a 6 month supply of medication that will be needed indefinitely. I will continue to order from them.

In fall of 2025 I was considering placing my first order with CDD. Trystan helped me with answers to my many questions, which persuaded me to make my decision to make my first CDD purchase September 2025. Today, I again spoke with Trystan. Again, he instilled professionalism and confidence. I placed my second order with CDD. Keep up the good work, Trystan!

I had an issue with my order (I tried to order both refills at once and that isn’t allowed) so I was helped to easily edit my order- I was feeling frustrated but he helped fix all the issues so I am very happy!

previous 5 refills took 3- weeks. Order on Dec 4 will not arrive until til Feb 4, 8 weeks. They said it's was a glitch in their system. prescription runs out Jan 8. Need to get the prescription filled locally.

Felix helped me to navigate the site. He accepted my RX and payment and set me up for electronic future payments. He was. patient and very knowledgeable .

The chats I have been in have been very helpful. The transcripts are sent via email at the end of a chat so all of the info is available for review. I am very satisfied with the medication I order monthly and the customer service has been excellent!

Extremely slow to process orders, and not a lot of info provided back to the customer when there's a hiccup. I've paid for 2 Rx weeks ago, and just found out today that that one hasn't even processed. I was told in the chat that you can't upload two Rx at once, but never saw that in the ordering process. Hoping I receive it soon- will be about a month start to finish for item #1. Item #2 maybe 7 weeks.

Edit: 2 days after submitting the second prescription again, my dashboard still says waiting for doctor approval. This is all for a CAT by the way, a kitty with allergies, nothing dramatic.

The helpful nature of the customer service rep I had in chat (Jesika) - we worked together to solve a problem to our mutual satisfaction.

I like the prices.

I don't like that you changed the requirements of an order to include ID and prescriptions signed by my doctor. Previous orders did not require these. It would have been helpful if you had made this clear at the time or ordering.

I don't like that an order placed on December 2 has not even shipped by January 5. Really? I'm glad this medication was not critically important.
