This was my first order
This was my first order. I found the website clunky. Also The confirmation was a little ambiguous. Having the request, via email and not within the website, for the payment method, ID and prescription download after the order was confirmed seemed awkward confusing. The chat was helpful to make sure that everything had been received, even though the website order page said that you were waiting for my payment method.

What I dislike was you didn't accept my Doctor's prescription that he had sent a FAX 3 4 times. Then I had to go to The Doctor's business which is 20 miles away to have him write a script. I sent the script with chat. Now you are waiting for approval from Dr. approval??
Why?? don't you trust me? (which is insulting). There were no instructions how to send the approval. FAX, email how about calling the Doctor's office.
