Best customer service I have had in awhile. Eye drops are 800.00 in states, or 225.00 for cash. So glad I found the same drops here for 75.00!!! These drops are amazing

The online chat service was very helpful. I was having trouble making an ACH pmnt. I was told that the check number field must have a four digit entry. I didn't fill it in because I have found it to be unnecessary in previous ACH transactions. Also the message "waiting for prescription " was displayed. I said it was a refill. The chat person said that was a default display which would be updated in 24-48 hrs.

The staff was very knowedgable and most helpful. They helped me to consider alternative products.

This website is not user friendly. I was thwarted at every turn. An example is trying to upload requested info such as the prescription. Each time I got a message saying that my file was too large and needed to be 4 MB or less. I reduced the size of the photo to 3.2 MB and continued to get the same message, repeatedly. I would refresh and try again and still get that message. It would say 'waiting for payment' and I would go through that process, with difficulty (some being the same as above), and then find an email saying 'your payment has been received. However, the website would still say 'waiting for payment'. The doctor who recommended I use the site warned me that it was "quite cumbersome" and he was right! Luckily, during my many attempts to complete the order, I discovered that the help staff on the other side of the Chat did see the evidence of my attempts. If the cost of the drug I was trying to order was not less than 1/5 of the cost through the manufacturer's US 'discounted program', I would have given up.

Horrible. I submitted an order on 2/10/2026. The order has been sitting in shipping status since 2/16/2026. Every day I call, and the customer reps tell me to call back. None of them has any contact with a real person at the pharmacy who can tell me why my order has been sitting in shipping status for the past week, but is not shipping. While the customer service reps are polite, they are ineffective. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this company.

you keep putting a add right over the chat area. so trying to chat with you does no help add keeps coming up over while trying to type to the person I am trying to chat & you do not have a place to replace a new card so we can use my back card . so you do not have to pay anything for me using my back card. I had to get me a new card because some 1 tried to use it so I hade to get a new 1 I had a very hard time paing with a check it is a night maire! all so I like to know if you got my wife's 2 presiciptions it does not show up you got them yet I end them emil & I put them here on chat as pictures ?? did you get them.
